My wife does this thing where if something doesn’t happen on her first attempt, she tries to force it. She doesn’t stop to assess, and then try a different approach until she finds success. Can’t be bothered. Anyway, I feel like those who struggle with the soft shoe part on this device are just like my wife.

Apparently the quality control is not the best and some are very tight. I had a really hard time removing the adapters and the clip. Every time I had to remove the adapters, I was afraid of breaking them. Or my fingers. At first I decided to lubricate the fitting. Very bad idea. They went on very tight and all I got was a big mess. My second attempt was to file down the plastic rails of the clip, and the adapters, with a small file, the kind used by goldsmiths. It was perfect. I thinned out little by little and was able to control the amount of pressure to be able to remove the adapters without them becoming too loose.

2 adapters are okay to use freely, but cold shoe is really tight. its very hard to remove in my case. after spending 15 mins somehow I removed it from the adapter.

Mine is cemented in there. I'm afraid I might break it if I try to get it out. I'd like to try the USB C connection on another device but it seems I'm "stuck" with this hotshoe mount for now...

Hola, tengo problemas haciendo funcionar mi micrófono DJI con mi teléfono Iphone. Intente con varios teléfonos diferentes, pero los micrófonos dejaron de funcionar con mi teléfono Iphone y con cualquier que sea Android funciona sin problemas. Los micrófonos tampoco funcionan en un ipad, pero si funcionan en las computadoras mac Veo que no existe nada en youtube mencionando este problema, cuando los foros explota el tema. Ojala, alguien se decida a realizar un video con la solución al problema.

Mine is so tight its crazy! I think some are normal and some are tight as hell. Mine is so tight I have to use pliers to get it off lols
