I\'m not sure but ,if anyone else needs to find out about how to treat tennis elbow naturally try Freds Elbow Helper (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my m8 got excellent results with it.
I pressed 315 for 2 last Monday with no wraps. Put on Larry’s wraps last night and hit 325 for 2 and could have probably hit 4 or so. I was so shocked at the weight difference I couldn’t believe it. Had no lower tricep/upper elbow pain on my lift and experience no pain today, one day later. This isn’t a gimmick, this adds weight and takes away pain. My max bench will skyrocket this year. Stoked that I own these. Awesome product.
WOW!!! I’ve been doing the wrist wraps wrong the whole time for years. Jesus Christ! I learn something new all the time! THANK YOU LARRY. I’m definitely taking advantage of this lesson.
Hello to you Mr Larry Wheels, thank you so much for the video I just want to say that I’ve purchased the power lifting bundle from your site and at 72 yrs in November it’s an honor to be able to say that I look up to you for you have more useable content on your pages then all others combined with no BS plus you, Andrew Jacked, The Booieman and Q are making it such a pleasure to follow. I wish all of you young bro’s success and may God bless your careers.
C'mon Wheels I need those wrist wraps and you're sold out. Supply and demand bruh lol you're the plug now you gotta keep the product rolling!!! I love what you stand for bruh. One of the best success stories I've heard of in my 47 years here on earth!!! Keep up the good work young blood!!!
I figured this out myself. After a heavy bench with wristwraps i was like this is only cutting off circulation. Then i did what you mentioned amd instant relief
Thank you Larry! I've never used safety equipment but I'm always serious in the gym and I've avoided getting really hurt for years; but as I get stronger, I think more about using safety equipment because the weights are heavier and I don't wanna be 'that guy' but there really isn't anybody explaining how to use the safety stuff. It was a great video! 🇺🇸💪😁
Literally one of the best Gym products I own. Tried everything for my Tendonitis and hurt it again a few days before trying this. First day wearing it literally made it a non issue. Amazing product. If you have elbow problems this is a must have
The fact that you flat out said they weren't any better or worse, they're just wraps...has won you my money. You could have spun some bullshit about how you used a bunch of other wraps in the past, but they just weren't good enough, etc. Keep it real, homie. Respect.
First time I've seen in my life a well accomplished powerlifter (in the industry in general) that has no ego and relatable. He talks normal. No bullshit, no ego, no facade, just like everyone else. No wonder everyone loves Larry Wheels.
I have tendinitis in my elbo, I did not feel any pain in my elbo after benching heavy weight with the elbo straps, and hit a pr as well. So glad I own these
I literally just bought his PR elbow straps and right before I tried them in the gym I realized I don’t know how to put on elbow wraps(never really used them). I go on RU-vid and POW -ER there’s Larry Wheels giving an elbow wrap tutorial. Thanks Larry!!
I just ordered a set of these . I've always preferred wraps. Rather than sleeves. I've got decent sized arms. But very genetically gifted with big firearms. Therefore it's hard for me to get the sizing right for sleeves. That's why I feel wraps are always better. They are adjustable. Thanks for the video Guys
@@gordonb8052 yeah because if you juice up you gonna lift 900 lbs squat 655 lbs bench 515 overhead press and 900 lbs deadlift come on man steroids or not he is a freak of nature
LARRY WHEELS IS MY IDOL. BRO YOU LITERALLY INSPIRE ME TO UPLOAD ON MY CHANNEL. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL THE INSPIRATION. I AM NOW ON THE ROAD TO 1k!!!
Larry can you make a video where you show people how to stretch properly to trigger certain muscles. We would all benefit on a video like that. This would be so appreciated.🙏🏻
Thank you as your answered the question I had. This is the 1st time in my life to need elbow straps as I can barely bend my arm after a set of any benching movement.
Just received my PR elbow, very excited to see when today brings on the Bench! The left illustration of the elbow is perfect, but I wish they could’ve done both arms tbh. Great post!!!! TY!!!💯💯🏋🏻♂️🏋🏻♂️🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Pro tip for wrist wraps. Hold the band with your pinky on your palm. This way you can just lift the pinky and the band is free and you dont have to struggle taking the band of the thumb.
I literally just this past week was trying to find out where to get that color elbow wrap and after I gave up and purchased a all black set from elsewhere he drops his video to let me know where to get those. lol
I always wondered how people hadn't figured this out within 5 minutes of getting their first pair of wrist wraps. I remember getting mine and wearing them wrong for 1 set and then thinking "well this does nothing". So I re wrapped with them right where Larry showed and understood how it was supposed to feel immediately. Question though if anyone knows. Is there are reason for some people liking the thumb loop ones and some liking the ones that go straight on the wrist? I thought I saw a video once where the guy was saying something about thumb ones being better for certain lifts and the others being better all around. Or is it just personal preference?
Good info! Thanks Larry because I had no idea how to use the elbow wraps correctly. I was using them wrong. Didn’t know, it felt ok so I just went with it. But I will have to do it this way now and hopefully it’ll be more comfortable too!!
Fuck I literally needed this to come out yesterday lol I was in Texas for Christmas and homeboy let me use his wrist wraps for the first time but I did exactly what Larry said not to do. Now I know why I didn't get that 250 bench lol
@@Stain077 absolutely! I still use them. It's a night and day difference. Much less pain, which means you can push yourself more while still being comfortable.
This really helped me I broke my hand a while back and I could really feel it on incline dumbbell. I used to wrap just my wrists and could barley hold 50s now I wrap more so my hand and can do 70s without feeling it
Love the advice and comedy at the same time💪💪......y'all should've played a sad song around 9:26-9:27 wen Larry left Bradley hanging 👋👋🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣but that practicing "safe sets" was a hella good one
i don't using any kind of accessories accept from wrist straps cause im a strong believer of building stronger conective tissue joints and tendons but I use them very rarely for pr's or if i want to recover faster and not to feel beatdown after a workout anyways very good video as always all the love and support from me
