Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others. As an investor, you should've known that by now that nothing beats experience and that's final. Personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to $35k, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I'm buying again.

My old boss instilled a piece of knowledge on saving and investing early. I started investing $35 a pay period. I told him I can’t afford that, he replied: Son, you’ll never miss it once you get use to it. Every year add a portion of your raise to it. Son: you won’t miss it. 15 years later, I’ve invested and very happy I listened.

The best course of action if you lack market knowledge is to ask a consultant or investing coach for guidance or assistance. I bought an iphone 7 in 2017 and a year later started an online business making products. 6,000 product pictures later, I turned a pathetic $24,000 insurance salary into an $150,000 income being self-employed, all thanks to my iphone 7. I still use it and ain't thinking about switching because I only pay 15 bucks a month for my cell phone plan. It's sad to see all these people dropping a thousand bucks on a new iphone every year and not doing anything with them to turn their life around. This is an inspiring video. I've come to realize that having a job is essential, but relying solely on it can limit your financial growth. With passive income, you have an additional stream of money that keeps flowing in, even if you're not actively working. It gives you financial security and opens up opportunities for more freedom and choices in life.
@user-uz2mo8tk1e

That sounds intriguing. Having a regular job isn't enough to sustain my needs. I'm a noob is stock trading and so on. How else do one generate passive income?
@RickMckee-nq4ni
@RickMckee-nq4ni Год назад
There are various ways to generate passive income. One common method is investing in stocks, bonds, or real estate properties that generate regular dividends, interest, or rental income. You can also create and sell digital products, such as e-books or online courses. Another popular option is to invest in businesses or start your own business that can run without your constant involvement. With the help of my fianacial advisor, I've effectively replaced my salary with a minimum take home of $126,000 every month as passive income.
@RickMckee-nq4ni
@RickMckee-nq4ni Год назад
Like any other investment or business venture, there are risks involved. However, the key is to diversify your income sources and make informed decisions. To do that, you surely need a professional, (flnancialadvisor) Passive income doesn't have to be limited to high-risk investments.

I completely agree. But i think it gets better once you hit $100k, personally, the first 100 was the toughest, and I didn't really start seriously investing until I was 30 back in 1998. Today, I'm 53 and have a decent $1.2M nest egg. After learning all of this, my only regret is not starting earlier when I was 25. It may not seem like much but those extra 5 years are the most important.

I never had a car loan until I was 27 and I signed up for it 60 month moan but I paid it off in 30 months. I don't like having a loan on something that can be gone/totaled out in an instant through no fault of my own. The only reason i financed it out to 60 months was to have flexibility in my payments. I knew that i could always afford the minimum payments but i always paid extra. Cause i learned that a car is not an asset but a liability/ means of transportation. I still have that car after 6+ years and it's done really well. I am looking for a new used car (the car I've been talking about was already 5ish years old when i bought it). And will likely try to buy it out right if possible. It is so crazy to me that people will have a thousand dollars+ car payment as apposed to a mortgage. At least a house will always appreciate in value.

it hit hard for me when he said you don't need a brand new car... I was driving a pretty decent car that was fully paid, but I felt like i wanted something new and something different my reasoning was that I was always doing so much sacrifices lol I thought it would be a reward for something, but I have always been really great with money management as I am fully independent. I bought it last yr for 45k my plan is to fully paid it before the end of this year. Then save up to get a house next summer, as i live alone i am thinking to get 4 rooms/3 baths and rent out 2 rooms. Then maybe later do something more... I am not sure if this is a great plan though since I messed up with purchasing a new car. I like my car though it takes me where I need and some. 😊

The way I see it when you have nothing you have nothing to loose. If you do nothing you will get nothing in return. It's hard to be poor so the work to change it is going to be hard but is a goal which can be achieved. Your thoughts have power. Belief in yourself and a plan can make big differences.

what kind of business are you looking at doing? i've owned / partnered in various business ventures -- from a restaurant to a liquor store... i have started businesses like a coaching biz .. One thing i like is businesses that don't require a lot of overhead or other people (restaurants are cool but SO many people needed and overhead vs a liquor store where 1 -2 people can man a whole store).

Hello, Thank you for the video. I feel comfortable buying residential property, but I get terrified of purchasing a Commerical property. I have researched all that I can, but I feel that I am missing something that will make me lose everything. For example, I found this vacant garage which was previously Midas ready to be rented but I got fearful. What should I watch out for? I love cars and like to get into a real-estate which I can run a business when I retire in a few years. There isn't enough data that shows real-estate property sales in my area. How do I value a mechanic shop or make sure it does not have a hidden environmental issue?
