Love your videos. Can you do one on how Superintendents from the college to PE pipeline earn respect from the craft? Seems hard to get without craft experience.

I didn’t go through the trades. I’m 25 years old and the best way is to show up everyday, be a sponge and learn as much as you can. Give respect and you’ll get respect. Keep your head up and don’t let people put you down.

No one really cares. I haven't had a single super that I wondered if they're from the trade or not. As long as you know what you're doing, you'll have respect. If you don't, you'll get alot of pushback.
