Saved my bacon. I've had my GSG-5 for several years. Bought it for my son who has moved on to bigger projects. Decided to add some upgrades I purchased for him years ago. Removing the trigger group was required and I needed a memory bump. Thank you!
Very clear and concise. I was having trouble putting my GSG5 back together and yours was the first video I watched wherein there wasn't any of the filler. Thanks for a great video.
Hey FMJ, Thanks for the video to reassemble the GSG-522. The manufacturer instructions suck and your video saved me an hour and a half. Thanks for showing the little spring too, I was wondering where that fell from. Thanks again for your help!!
I have heard of that but, I have not experienced it myself. What you did though sounds like a great idea. You can't go wrong getting improved bolts and having some extras on hand. I have done things like that in the past with other firearms, and the little extra investment has significantly increased the durability/reliability of the firearm.
Hello again. You know I have pretty much the same model as yours. I heard on other videos that the screws are really cheap will strip out over a period of time so I sent away for a whole new batch of improved strew/bolts. I was only able to replace a little more that half. It was the 20th anniversary model and there were a few dissimilarities. Have you heard about this screw replacement idea?? Thanks. Very Sincerely Yours, JAMES.
