This is old but when I asked them I need the serial number of my very first ps or first 4 digit and last 4 digits for the debit/credit card. I'm trying to recover my account from 3 years ago. Wtf happened to psn?
When I go to Sony account help it doesn't give me any options besides change online ID. This is kinda ridiculous on Sony's part, I feel completely trapped with no way to contact an actual human.
d b not me but Microsoft did me dirty saying I couldn’t use my account because my phone number was out of service and I even told them the full number and they told me to make a new account that’s why I have a ps4 and 2 ps4 support is similar but if you have the cereal number of the ps4 you signed up with you will get it back or a payment on that account that’s the fast and easy way
Someone please help. Im so frustrated. IT won't let me sign in. Usually it signed me in automatically but after a storm it didn't. I disconnected the whole ps4 and connected again. My email is saved but idk my password and clicked on forgot password. It says it sends an email to my email but I NEVEERR get an email from Sony at all. I'm so annoyed. Please
@savannahsavage @savannahsavage heyy. I had to call Sony customer service number. Mind u it takes hours before they answer!!. It took like 3 calls to them because the first 2 people kept asking for security questions that i didnt know anymore and they kept saying "sorry cant help" (they were full of it). 3rd man finally helped cus he knew how to do his job!. I had to stay on the phone with them while they sent me another email to recover my password AND check on my ps4 if it worked. Finally it worked so damn quick. Google sony customer support #. I forgot which one it was but it's one of the 2 that it shows. Also its gonna tell u they're only open certain days at certain times before the line rings. And remember ur gonna have to wait hours usually before they answer so stay patient. It took me forever before I finally had to patience to follow through especially after the first 2 people didn't help. Make sure if they're not helping that u ask to speak with someone else cause it's POSSIBLE to get a new password recovery email while on the phone. Good luck.

Log in to your playstation account from the ps app and try to turn that off it should work and if you don’t know it they’ll probably send it to you’re playstation email and change it
The reason that I lost my account is because when my dad bought my ps4 from his friend me and my brother got fortnote and we spent loads of money on it, BUT THEN, PlayStation network logged out and I can’t get any of the stuff back because my dad ain’t friends with him anymore so I wouldn’t be able to do This because I don’t have any of those questions

What is all you have? Is your email? And you're trying to delete the account because now. It's playstation has a feature to change your current email to a different email but I can't because it's used in a different account

I’m either hacked or banned because when I sign in it says sign in Id or password is incorrect but it’s the same details on the phone app and computer web which lets me go on. I even reseted the password many times and switched emails but it won’t let me go in. I know the details are 100% correct Because I can sign in on ps4 app and on the computer.
