Mam I have been in touch with two of my aunts who eat home-cooked food thrice in a day..with something in between. Drink plenty of water..around 12 to 15 glasses of water . And who don't have any disease no pain and good hair good eyesight also. One is 85+ and another is 70+

When I was kid in 1980 ,when we had fever,we were given bread!and it was also ritual to go with bread packet if u are visiting any relative who is down with fever!

Maam I am 35yrs old. I am suffering from Diabetes from last 10 years. I have seen most of your videos and reels. You suggested that skip milk tea or coffee means dairy if you have Diabetes. I have one question that should we take curd or buttermilk in breakfast, lunch or dinner? Can you please guide me on this Maam?I am confused on it.

Multigrain atta of patanjali is best ,or wheat atte m ragi ,besan ,barley ,jwar ,bajre ka aata bhi mix karke bana sakte h ,missi roti ,thepla ,oats paratha ,brown rice ..gluten free h

I carry bad genes for my T2D and heart disease, and for the last many years I eat my lunch ( no breakfast) and named it Body and Brain food ( B & B food) ,and it consists about 30 food items aimed to make it completely a gourmet and balanced food from different angles, a combination of raw veggies, a variety of salad leaves, protein, red salmon, avocado, turmeric, cinnamon, whole grains and blah blah. As regards tomatoes 🍅, its lycopene becomes much more available to our bodies on cooking of tomatoes rather than eating them raw.

Tomato in raw form is not good for people with histamine issues & acidity. Spinach is avoided by people with high uric acid.

I am a thyroid patient. Doctor says thyroid is not related to food. You can eat everything which you make at home. Spinach, milk and wheat everything you can eat. So, what to do? Because i am also suffering from these kind of pain, tiredness and irritation. Please guide me. Here i am confused

Kindly if u suggest not to take gluten as wheat is the most essential food source then if we avoid then what n how to eat?if we cut toasts ,bread 🥪,biscuits sugar then what is the substitute of sugar cause we have the levels of sugar in our body n we should get it from natural sources .

Portion control is very important to prevent insulin resistance and HB pressure besides sugars, carbohydrates and omega-6s. Have no pain if I eat smaller amounts and plenty of water, tumeric, Omega 3 and magnesium rich foods.

Mera thyroid huwa he Maam mera age 26 years he and mera thyroid ka dawa le rahi ho sal se avi 4 month se me junk nd packet food avoid kar rahe ho 80 percent nd fruits vegetables add Kiya nd starting some kinds of excercise also for 3 months still my TSH level is not controlled naturally i m taking medicine of 75 mg please give me some suggestions
