This is glorious, been searching for "what can you do to reduce blood ever tried - Handadison Pressure Amalgamation - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my brother in law got excellent results with it.
@@HoneyBee-xh2gh in two weeks walking 45 mins to 1 hour 5 days a week helped my blood pressure drop from scary to reasonable numbers. I also cut out booze and reduced my smoking considerably, so that maybe helped a lot too.
Rosita natural extra virgin cod liver oil is worth looking into as well. its small batch and traditionally and seasonally extracted with no chemicals from wild caught fish. It contains omega 3,6,9,4 and others plus vit D. it's worth looking into.
This is the best video I've seen with practical and very useful information. I've been on BP meds for 14 yrs but it has recently increased probably due to stress. My neighbour have me some hibiscus which has worked but I still have some way to go. I appreciate how you suggest adding everything into a daily routine . Thank you
Awesome information, my diastolic pressure was high and also ginger onion bell peppers tomatoes cilantro parsley kale help as well, Stay natural my people, hope everyone is well and healthy, strange thing you don't realize your health until your body gives us a wake up call, bless everyone and stay strong.
I’m 40 and went from 162/107 to 142/95 in 3 weeks with proper diet. But honestly I was eating straight up garbage. So hopefully if I can keep this up for 12 weeks I’ll be under 130 and under 90.

Same thing here! Hoping these tips will help bring the diastolic pressure down. Will give it time. Don't give up if it doesn't come down after the first days or weeks even. Keep going!
@@UncleSaulsa I agree! This diastolic pressure could be related to the cardiovascular system therefore a good heart check can also help to rule out any heart failure scenario!
@@kevinwellwrought2024 yes I got checked but I don't have heart failure I am 30 years old. Doc said heart is strong itself but I failed a stress test. Was overweight, out of shape bad, and I need further tests to be sure it is not a blockage or electrical problem. Meantime I am eating super healthy, eating less + fasting! My bp average was 124/88 for past day or two. So each time I see a high diastolic I realize it's not always over 90-95 sometimes it is under 90 so my average is what I'll be going by and hope to see it come down over time as I lose more weight! I am at 235 lbs male 5'11 so I have about 50 lbs more to lose to be at a good BMI again! I started at 266lbs;/ Wish the best to you in getting your diastolic down too!
I'm only 30 and my diastolic is 91. It's really scary since I've already lost almost 20 lbs but have alot more to go since im still 250 lbs. I still have alot to learn and improve on but I hope it's not too late for me.
Just have to say my bp is normal at home I’m talking 120/60 but in on bp meds and started taking CoQ10 supplement what do you think of this , my Bp goes up at the doctors only
My husband has high blood pressure, and he works at a desk all day. I'm going to send this to him so that he can see that even 30 minutes of walking can help with lowering BP. All of the tips are very helpful. Thanks for this great video!

Today is May 29,2024 I’m 55 years old I’m 5’9, 150 pounds my bottom number is high I walk, don’t eat processed foods, I take fish oils and garlic vitamins., I still can’t get that number below 88
Excellent video.your own gp won't give you this advice and if you have to visit their office for whatever they won't spend time with you just in and out.we all need a video like this as with a lot more videos on medical things so well explained by this man on taking care of yourself and RU-vid highly recommended for their great informative videos
fascinating detailed video on how to lower your blood naturally geared towards women , thanks for taking the time to explain the difference between systolic and diastolic blood pressures.
I started taking raw garlic with food for few weeks and end up with brain stroke. Now I have brought down my systolic from 200 to 130 and diastolic from 110 to 90 by only eating green vegetables and salads. I have cut down carbs to lowest and little bit meat. I have been dieting for more than year. I am only 44.
How are you doing and how’s the diet going… I hope all is well and your still on track I know it’s hard I go on diets and exercise for months then stop I need to be better i hope you blood pressure is good

I’m only 24 years old, recently been put on blood pressure meds as my doctor as found my diastolic number to be high. Upon walking up stairs or just walking for a few minutes my diastolic reaches 115, but at rest is okay. Unsure on whether this is normal?
This video is extremely healthy and extremely informative. I have always walked 30 minutes a day and I take Zumba dance classes and jazz dance classes every week too as well as go out dancing. Exercise has always been a big part of my life but during that lockdown when gyms were closed it raised quite a bit and i have been battling the diastolic pressure. 14:12
I was quite fascinated by the natural supplements you recommend in the video - I've never heard of some of them and will definitely give one or two a go. Thanks.
Where is diastolic pressure related stuff.. these are overall reduction of both systolic and diastolic pressure and not specific to diastolic pressure unlike your title aimed for
Thanks for this really helpful video. Is there any alternative to fish oil? My systolic is around 112 and diastolic sits between 80-98 and mostly in the high 80’s and 90’s. Will this reduce my systolic as don’t want that to go any lower. Why does the diastolic sit high while systolic is under 120? Thanks for any help in advance.

Is eating canned wild caught albacore tuna, wild caught sardines, or canned wild caught salmon bad for your blood pressure because of the salts in it? The only reason why I eat canned fish is because my wife hates the smell of fish, especially cooked fish stinking up the house. It’s also more affordable than uncooked fish. Any suggestions on eating canned tuna, sardines, and salmon? I avoid adding salt to it & I watch my portions when eating canned fish too!
Thanks for writing in! Canned sardines/salmon can be an excellent choice. You don't need to be too concerned with your salt or sodium intake if eating mainly whole-based foods. Only if eating a ton of boxed/frozen/restaurant foods do you have to worry. Tuna is just too high in mercury for our recommendations but salmon/sardines are great! -The FMP Team
I tried everything.. but my diastolic stays 100 , i m on medication from past 2 years still it goes till 100. But honestly my sleep is not good from last 2 years bcoz of peri menopause
Why is it that some people don't have high BP and yet they eat rubbish, and drink alcohol. I eat properly like you suggested and I drink the hibiscus tea and yet my diastolic is 95 .
Hey Christina, thanks for writing in and that is a great question! Unfortunately, there are a variety of factors that can lead to high BP, outside of eating junk/alcohol. Sleep, age, stress, genetics, etc. also play a role so while it can absolutely be unfair, focusing on what you can control with your own BP is the only thing that should matter. Best of luck and thanks for watching! -The FMP Team
Great video! I've been on BP meds for 24 years and so tired of the doctors and their fear. I am already doing at least half of this list but still having a high diastolic. You gave me several I didn't know about and I'm installing them now. Thanks so much.
I want to say thank you so much..I try to work on BP low but the number is still 129/90. Do you think 90 is okay..I follow what you recommend..and I love and have all food you recommend..love them all..start 2 months..I made my old Black Garlic love them a lot..some time I stop take Magnesium before bed..I will go back to it again..
How do you evaluate a person with a constant blood pressure profile of around 150/70 pulse is: 50 beats per minute. What exactly causes the systolic pressure to be higher than “normal “? Notice that the pulse is steady but low
Make sure you are not taking creatine with hypertension. It sends my diastolic through the ROOF every time I take it. When I stop it comes back down to normal. It’s never discussed. Funny that!
Hey Azhar, thanks for writing in and great question! It is perfectly normal for your blood pressure to rise throughout the day. It will always be lowest early in the morning but for any specific advice on whether or not medication is right for you, please consult with your physician as only they know you and your body best. -The FMP Team
Hi I got biggest advantage from this video from number 2 topic about 30 minutes walking everyday. My daughter in grade 6 has suddenly increase in diastolic blood pressure from last 2 year specially in winter here in Canada. I tried everything, not medication but no improvement. After watching this video I started her on trademill walk every day 20 minutes at speed 2.5 and within week I saw big drop in her diastolic blood pressure from 94 to 78. It’s a big change. Thanks a lot for this video. Thank you very much.
That’s why I just try to eat salmon every time I can. Do you know it’s already been investigated and there is lead in the dark chocolate traces of it if you eat too much, you know that isn’t good for you.
My Diastolic was 90 on average and spiking as high as 115 in doctor's office. Systolic would vary from 130s to 160s. I have recently started taking medication. With medication, my diastolic is averaging 85/86 Systolic improved and is averaging in the 120s. I have lost 10 pounds ( bmi close to 25 ) since I started my medication and on healthy diet. I don't smoke nor drink. It really appears difficult to bring down the diastolic to the 70s range even after losing weight and with medication..will try few things from the list like the hibiscus tea, etc and see if that helps. My plan is to eventually get off the medication once I learn which specific method helps.

@@timmy6588 i’ve been concerned because I’m in my 50s and the past few months the diastolic has been creeping up. And the doctors don’t seem that concerned but I definitely am. My blood pressure had always been around 117/76 or something like that. I take blood pressure medication. But in the last few months, I’m thinking it’s probably mostly due to stress, but my diastolic one time was 93. It’s 80s. And it seems to be pretty consistent. I can’t get it back down into the 70s -- but with again I haven’t been following all these recommendations yet but it makes me very concerned so I’m going to be doing all this.
@@timmy6588 I love your attitude. I’m going to try to adopt that attitude. Because I have so much anxiety already. You’re right. Paying close attention to it. I know makes it worse. I have lost 30 pounds and I have a bout 20 more pounds I would like to lose. Right now, I am not obese, but I’m still a bit overweight. my biggest problem I think is sleeping far too much because of depression and not being active enough for the same reason. Again I really enjoy reading positive comments like yours and your great attitude. Anxiety is also very dangerous so I need to really work on that.

Hello Dr A Great information, My BP is 125/99,age 45. I have started working on steps 1-6. Have a question for the supplements should we take all of the mentioned above natural supplement in one day? Thank you for your Guidance.
They Sakina, thanks for writing in and great question! You can certainly take them daily if you wish, as long as you remember that they are just as they are called: supplemental. Supplements are not meant to replace any part of your diet, rather to help fill in any gaps in areas you may be lacking. So yes, they can be taken daily as they are usually areas we need help with anyway. -The FMP Team

Hi Dr. , thank you so much for the info. Since i started taking iron supplements two weeks ago, my diastolic bp rise to 92. I was severe anemic for years. Please advise 🙏
It's only good to lose 20pd if you're 20+pd overweight. If your weight is normal then lowering it be 20pd could have bad health effects while not giving the -20 mmHg. With too low blood pressure losing weight than you need could even cause a too low blood pressure.
Hi Kris, thanks for writing in! I just responded to your Facebook post about this but Nordic Naturals and Barleans are the two best brands we recommend for high quality Omega 3 intake. -The FMP Team

I am 30 yr old and my diastolic pressure has been high since sometime. I have a proper organic diet with almost no junk and prepare my food fresh. My weight and BMI is good too but I have a family history of hypertension in my maternal side. My diastolic pressure never goes below 90 and I get adequate excercise too. I don’t want to start with prescription medication at this age as well but I fail to understand how to control it :(
Hi Prerna, I felt so alone and confused knowing that I have it high at 30 :(. I have been recommended meds but I suggested if I can start exercising and eating healthy first. How are you now ?
@@sanchitbhatnagar7283 I guess I am doing okay now. Identifying the key cause helped which for me were work based stress and sleep deprivation, once I fixed that my readings got better. Try identifying yours and managing it once, hope it helps. Take care
I eat badly, don't exercise much, smoke, drink at least 5lts of wine a week, I'm about 35 kgs overweight and don't sleep well at all due to very bad sleep apnea.
