This video really works i did regrow green leaf lettuce and red leaf lettuce organic from sprout farmers market. Those are my 2 favorite lettuce. For them to regrow faster i always change the water every other day. And less than 2 weeks they had roots and i transplant them in the soil. I water them every other day with the rice wash water and they looks soooo green and keep growing. 😀👍

Thank you for the instructional video. I have done this myself, but unfortunately, I am getting a spindly stem instead of big leaves like the original head. Have you run across this and do you know what might be the issue? This worked great for me with green leaf. But something went wrong after I transplanted to soil. @emeraldwaters7289 3 года назад
My lettuce end has been in water for weeks... The key is you need to change the container of water fairly regularly - at least every other day. My lettuce end didn't sprout new leaves but it went from having no roots to them now being probably at least 6" long... If u don't exchange the water every day or every other day that can cause mold.... the water in my lettuce end began to turn a yellowish color overnight- so I'll monitor it the next day and see if it will "self heal"
@DavidReni
