I am a Huntington's disease patient with a 10 year diagnoses and this page is dedicated to sharing positive lifestyle ideas even while living with Huntington's. Huntington's disease symptoms affects so many different aspects of your life with the brain disease symtoms. This page is dedicated to helping you cope with daily life and all the complications that come along with HD. Huntington's can causes cognitive decline symptoms, disruptive behavior symptoms, and psychological issues all in one disease. HD is a gene defect that is a rare genetic condition that can cause several different life style issues. Along with everything else it can also cause repetitive behavior as well as apathy and emotional issues. I will be sharing from my daily life what is happening with my physical and emotional health assotiated with my healthy living lifestyle choices.

It is getting harder and harder to go places! I fixed my up my screen room over the marsh and got a new sofa! I am getting ready for some GA football soon! I am having a horrible time with menopause issues, so I am trying to get on some estrogen! Which had me thinking and researching if estrogen could be beneficial to HD patients. I enjoy watching the huge array of birds on my back deck in the bird feeder and making friends with three squirrels that come everyday.

Do you have a Jacuzzi Tub in Your Home or A Hot tub on your porch? I found that the hot tub is really good at relieving stress for me. I don't really use it that often, but it is nice when I think about it. It is up off the floor, so it's a little hard to get in and out of it.
