How to Remove a Rotor that is Stuck 

Here I demonstrate the step by step process of how to break loose a rotor that is stuck when trying to change it. The only tools you will need is a hammer or maul. Working your way around the rotor taping it will help break the rotor free. You can also use some penetrating oil if you need to but this is not typically required unless it is totally seized.
