Very clever trick Peter! The question is: will you buy a new bolt from BMW dealership center, or will you use this bad quality bolt applying this trick like a real handyman?
Di Tr The bolt is only there to aid in installation of the brake caliper. You dont even need to put it back. Its an assembly line retaining bolt. And I've always just used a chisel and tapped around in a circle. If that doesnt work, I just chisel the head right off the bolt. Good video though.
Been trying to get out that stupid screw on my front disc. Used a torch and a manual impact driver to no success. Just won't budge, and I don't have air tools. Is drilling it out the only remaining option ?
