Hi I came here because of a stuck toilet lock nut. I watched the video (very good video). Then I decided to try a little WD40 before sawing. It worked the WD40! Try a little oil before sawing it might loosen the nut. Just saying. Have a great day!

Btw, my toilet bowl had hand-tight nuts under the tank, you remove the nuts and you will able to lift the tank and move out to a more comfortable space outside the little space and use different types of tools to conveniently cut out the plastic lockout. I’m sure this removable nuts are right under all different types of flush tank

Sure, if I had an angle grinder (which is what you must have meant)… However, the point of this channel is using what you have on hand to fix something. Why spend $$ on an angle grinder when the hacksaw I have worked fine?
