I've been devouring your videos lately, thank you for sharing your experience! Regarding Zoom bombers, have you had any experience with that in large meetings (where thumbnails extend out several windows?). Finding that one culprit is like finding a needle in a haystack

Oh, that is great to hear that the videos are helpful! Thank you for watching! Yes, with larger meetings and several pages of people this gets way trickier, which is why it's so important to make sure you use a passcode and not share the link publically, so you lower the risk of someone "finding" or guessing it. Also, I highly recommend not running any meeting larger than 49 people (so when you get to more than 1 screen) by yourself, so you can have an extra set of eyes. Cohosts can also remove people, so that is useful. Lastly, in the rush of the moment, when you notice something try to take a screenshot right away (familiarize yourself with the hotkeys for this), so once you suspend participant activities, you could go back and check who was causing trouble. I hope that helps

@@mrjankeck Your quick reply is appreciated! As well as your advice. Your point about cohosts being able to remove people is a good one. Being that we are past the number of attendees who can fit onto one screen, what I might do is assign a cohost to a given screen who can then take a screenshot then remove (I "think" that should work if the "follow host's view" is used). Does that sound about right?

@@joyousandmerry7172 I think that is a great plan. Just when you follow host's view you won't be able to spotlight I think. So keep that in mind. When I am the cohost, I would continuously keep scrolling through the pages to check. But if YOU and your cohosts don't see it the chance that the participants will see it is also smaller. Or they might tell you in chat. Unfortunately, we can never really avoid it 100%, so I would focus on having a good process for when something happens rather than expecting that you will see them first before anyone notices. Assure your participants that you are taking care of it

@@mrjankeck Your video with Robbie Samuels covered that last point - and I wrote up a script just in case :) I look forward to your new videos!
