Sanding plastics can be destructive if done even slightly wrong. I opted to rather spray an all projects primer onto the plastics after washing.

My Jeep is black, so I decided to go bronze for the interior accents. I’ve already done the vents and handle inserts. After this video I plan on doing the steering wheel, tweeters, and sound bar speaker grilles.

I painted my jeep interior accents I just used primer and a can of paint and works great it was a year ago and still like new look.

I just bought a 12. It had that bright crap all over. I just ordered a carbon fibre coler off of Amazon.

My 2014 Sahara has a two tone interior with black and tan colors. I can't stand these all black interiors in vehicles today. So nice to have some color.

Acetone melts plastic...go with the alcohol to clean the parts before painting.

Did you use the heat gun after both paint coats and after the clear coat? What's the heat gun process like? Do it right after painting or just little busts as it dries?

How long after painting did you wait before reinstalling. I tried putting the steering wheel.piece back on the same day I painted (6 hours later) ended up smudging a section with my thumb pushing the piece in. Now I have to sand the spot and repaint.. should I have waited a week?

How did you avoid the paint from filling in the tiny holes on the speakers?

Great video but you still did something wrong with removal of airbag. You should have placed airbag on table with connectors side down! It's still possible for airbag to deploy!! The way you placed it should it accidentally deploy and you happened to be over it it would possibly take your head off and/or definitely shoot up to the ceiling vs the other way as in vehicle. I work in automotive manufacturing and I've seen in happen!
