In this video we look at the process replacing an air pump in our our first generation Chevy Colorado, due to a P2444 (air pump stuck) error code. We run into a few challenges, including the bolt for my after-market brush guard which runs right though the air pump mounting bracket, and learn that the air pump needs to be lifted out through the top of the engine compartment (rather than dropping out the bottom) due to the physical size of it. This video should also be applicable to other first generation GMC Canyons, Hummer H3, and the Isuzu variants.
