The headers actually fit great out of the box on my other truck, the only issue was the flange was a different shape on one side and I had to use a flat gasket instead of the regular donut gasket, but that wasn’t a big deal. When I backed over the curb it squat the header, the flange was fine though. These are built really well.

Make sure the header isn’t touching the frame anywhere, that’s pretty common. Also look at the heat shield that’s attached to the engine mounts, I’ve seen those rattle before too

10,12or 13mm socket for the manifold to cylinder head bolts depending on the engine. 15mm socket for the bolt holding in the dipstick tube. 15mm deep socket for the 3 bolts on the Y-pipe on the bottom side of each manifold 15mm socket for the upper bolt in the steering shaft 11mm socket and an extension for the lower bolt in the steering shaft. 5/8 spark plug socket for the spark plugs if you choose to remove them. Some pliers for the spark plug boots. That should do it.
