New Brake Pads from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ia/1ABPS02934
Brake pads wear out over time, much like tires, and need replacing, on average, every 50,000 miles, with variations depending on driving habits and environment. Brake rotors may also need to be replaced if they are warped or grooved. Often, it’s safer and more cost effective to replace pads and rotors at the same time. Squealing or grinding noises, or wheel vibration are all symptoms of worn brakes. This video shows you how to install new, quality TRQ brake pads and rotors on your 2009-16 Mercedes-Benz E350!

Remember to pump your breaks 5 to 6 times to fill up the pistons with fluid before driving or you won't break at first 👌🏼

what might be a good idea if its your first time changing the discs with this design of caliper is to perhaps give a guide to the distance that is acceptable between the new disc and the caliper pad slide pins as they are very very close to the new disc. and it would appear not much play in the hub bearings is allowable without possible contact ??

Hi, thank you for your video. Actually i did replace my brake pads both front and rear side my car E300 2014. The thing happened after was an obvious flapping noise you can hear and feel inside the car in the high way after an hour driving around 140 Kmh. When I stopped to check round my car, there were nothing then i started to hit the road again but with no noise until 10 M so the car start to be noisy again. Another thing, there is a grinding noise just between speed 30:40 kmh only you feel it in your feet also. I checked all the possible points which may cause the problem with no faults. Appreciate your feedback Thanks

What about back pressuring the abs when you pried on the caliper piston
@johno3313
@johno3313 Год назад
Did you loosen the cap on the brake fluid reservoir ? If not you can’t push in the caliper piston..
@alanw5812

at 8:15 can see grease on the pads, grease on the piston may run to the disc when hot !

Why copper spray paint?
@williamg.balchiii211

Good except for not cleaning the grease off the pads after you touched them with your grease fingers, ruin your coefficient of friction

Immediately after watching this video I swapped my front brakes pads no problem; piece of carrot cake after seeing it.

Could never understand why the Rotors have to be changed when the pads are changed. Seems like a complete waste of money for very little performance gain.

Caliper bracket bolts are 1 time use per Mercedes’ Benz specs . They are to be replaced each time the brake caliper bracket is removed Good /video though 👍🏼
