i replace mine today in 2010 explorer. you did an excellent job of showing and explaining how to release the retainer clips on each end of the filter without breaking them. excellent video, thanks!

thanks for the thorough videos! I just did my fuel filter on my 2007 sport trac, mine was mounted on the front of the fuel tank further back from the cat so I had a little more room but still an identical process!

Thanks for the video. Perfect instructions. Just replaced the fuel filter on my daughter's 2006 Explorer. That red clip was a pain to release one handed lol but it unlocked exactly how you said.

Would like if you can show on 2010 Ford Explorer changing Pcv valve seems to be a little bit of a hassle .

Don't you have to pull the valve cover on those to change the PCV?

It's a 5 minutes job it's on the back of the intake there's a short hose on the right corner of the intake it connects right into the PCV in the back it just twists off and it's heated so it has a small plug

Some oil change places might pester you about getting your fuel filter changed. I live in the rust belt and got tired of being told i needed a new filter even though i already changed it. They would say that it's rusty. So now i paint the filter hunters orange and write the date in permanent marker of when it was changed and they still tell me i need a new filter. Seems to happen at most oil change places i go. I will only let them do the oil. I won't even let them put washer fluid in or air my tires. Lost a few valve caps after getting my oil changed. No good oil change places where i live.

Replaced the filter on my sister's 2010 Explorer today. Your video was excellent and gave me the confidence to do it myself. Old filter was completely clogged and likely responsible for the P00193 codes stored. Leave it to Ford to put the fuel filter next to the hottest part of the car! I had a 2007 Mustang GT and this seemed very similar.

I was watching other videos about cutting off the pressure from the passenger side. Does not show us how and nothing happens. Keeps running. Pulling that 30A fuse was smarter

One of worst cars to use Mechanical problems timing belt front and back The electronic wires very very very bad quality need to replace it every 100k miles to avoid replacing the PCM Whoever designed and invented this car was so high for sure 🤣🤣
