I watched your video and saw that you changed the PCB board and the panel worked. I've done the same thing and the machine panel doesn't work. Do you think it's the panel with the burnt plate? thanks

Yes, you have to take everything off including the steam and water nozzles, all panels, then separate the inner structure in half and you will see the pump along with the two water flow sensors
I am a diy guy who is having trouble with a la specialista...could you help me? Perhaps with a live video support? The water light flashes, even with the water tank full. The only button that works is the hot water button, which when pressed, dispenses cold water from the nozzle then the steam nozzle, each for about 10 seconds, followed by the flashing water symbol again. Any support would be appreciated greatly! I'd be willing to pay for some live diagnostic help if you're willing.
