Another quick how-to style video on diagnosing and replacing the rear windscreen wiper washer jet. I hop this is helpful for someone and please like and subscribe for more weekly content. link to part:www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Rear-Wiper...
You legend. I have the same washer jet on my Skoda Octavia. Developed a leak in boot and the pipe had came out. I refitted it but still blocked. Didn't know how easy it was to remove the jet. Going order new jet for it now.
Thanks OJ, just bought a used SQ5, supposedly having gone through 142/5 Used Audi checks. Car is awesome except for the rear wipers. Managed to unblock them using hot water. Your video was very helpful, thank you. Why Audi hadn’t done this 🤷♂️, beggars belief??
So I ordered the correct part and I'm wondering if it should "snap" in place for a snug fit; or does the wiper aen cap hold the nozzle in place securely.
Hi is this the same for audi a1 wiper works plus motor but no fluid coming out great video was looking for the jets above near spoiler couldnt find it after watching this vid realised its under wiper clip arm so is this same for audi a1 sportback ??
Thanks, this prompted me to to take a look as mine hasn't been working since I bought it and I put it off. I popped the cover off and there is no jet! There's no water being pumped out at all so can you tell me what might be the problem please?
This isn't me trying to be condescending or anything like that but let's start with the easiest thing, the washer fluid reservoir, does it have fluid in it? If yes, does the hole where the fluid comes out of look blocked? If no then maybe the hose could've loosened/disconnected behind the rear boot lid trim. This may help: www.audi-sport.net/xf/threads/no-wiper-fluid-out-of-the-rear-wiper.203643/ I hope you can sort it out!
I have a leak in the rear washer line and water comes out in the area of the door sill upper footwell on the drivers side RHD when the pump is run. Any ideas on how to fix as it seems that maybe connection in the line has happened because of a blocked rear jet,. Thanks for any help
