Does the computer not recognize the battery at all? Was it like this before you changed the battery?

@@yufelix5783 no, i got bios message that it is a fake battery. Then laptop starts and not charging tge battery - i’ve removed abd and use my laptop as deskop power from charger without battery

It might be your screwdriver as the Dell XPS 13 9360 uses torx screws for the back cover.

The battery had problems and the laptop wouldn't work with the charger I used. Using the correct charger worked.

Yeah, I did just needed the correct charger for it. You might have a short around the battery connector if you replaced it.

@@RomanPineapple I have a 45W charger for mine, maybe these laptops cant handle that amount wattage.

Did you get yours working after. Replaced battery plugged in charger and nothing is happening

You could use a pry tool or a small flathead screwdriver to get under the bottom panel open it up that way.

@@yufelix5783 Okay, thank you. I think I'll have to go with the screwdriver, since it seems to cut into my plastic pry tool a bit. Have a few marks on my finger from where the edge scraped off a bit of skin (didn't cause any bleeding though).

Pry the cover using a plastic tool or guitar pick from one side around to the front and to the other side. Once most of the cover has come loose the back will simply slide / snap off. Trying to pry the cover from the back first will likely damage the retaining clips.

Use a plastic bank card if pry tools are not available
