thanks this was a great help, had a similar problem , had ordered the part but in the meantime cleaned out the radiator like plastic section and it worked ok for 3 weeks then stopped again, Just replaced the impeller part and is working again. Hopefully that's it.

LImescale in the impellor is the problem just needs descaling with white vinegar or Viakal. Plug one outlet and leave it to soak overnight. Next day rinse with water and try to blow down the end, the impellor should spin freely. If not repeat the descaling process until it spins freely. Took me 5 goes / 5 days until it became loose but works perfectly now, all for a couple of quid.
