Do you want to know how to reset the password on your PS5 account and sign into your account? This is very easy to do. To reset the password on your account, go to settings, then go to users and accounts. If you look to the right under the accounts page. There will be an option to sign in. It will bring open the sign in page. If you look in the bottom right, it says "forget password" press triangle. Now it will send a reset password link to your email address. Make sure you have your date of birth typed in correctly before you can reset. ...

My problem is I’m not getting the email, so I tried to make a new account with a new email and they had to send a verification email to the new email… didn’t get that email either lol. I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Y’all literally this is the second time I had to change my password on PlayStation five because when I go to buy a game it’s not registering my password and now that I’m trying to change my password for the second time when I go to request the information to change the password it’s not sending it to me it’s taking forever to send it to me or just not sending it to me at all

@fuzestinky ye your right but a fake name is very different from a date of birth which half the population literally fakes , if it was a fake name then I would be wrong in this situation not to mention I didn’t know you would need to use it later and I thought it was just to make an account not to sign in instead a password should be requested or a verification
