Password Reset From Primary PS4 - How To Log Back In To PlayStation Network In Case You Forgot It 

I know you’re probably never going to see this considering the video is three years old, but I’m desperate. When it sends me to the reset password page it asks me for a date of birth, fine, but every single time I put the date of birth in, it says “The connection to the server has timed out”. I know it isn’t a problem with me putting in the date of birth, because I tried every possible birthday from January first 1900 all the way up to today (June eighth 2024) so if you or anyone who reads this I am literally begging you for help, I have so many great memories on the PS4 and I don’t want to lose them.

When i try to reset my password it says that i need to write my date of birth. I logged in to EA and saw my DOB but psn says its wrong. Ive been stuck 48h now lol

Man, thank you I’ve been messing with my password for the last two hours

When i clicked on the "Sign In" tab after going to account management, it showed a screen where i could either scan a qr code or sign in manually. I clicked "sign in manually" and it took me to a screen where i could enter my password and email, but there was no button that said "forgot password" and instead,clicking triangle would say "can't sign in", so i clicked triangle and it sent an email to the automatically filled in email address. Why did it not show "forgot password" did they change their system?

But can I put a diffremt email when it ask me for that email? Bec I don’t longer have that old email
