How to Respond to Sexual Abuse Disclosure 

I was so convinced that my mother would believe me. But instead she keeps saying my Father loves me and would never do anything that makes me feel unsafe. She keeps saying that she’s been with my Father for 13 years and she knows him. She doesn’t understand. I don’t know what to do. I noticed my Father secretly sexually abusing me by “accidentally” touching my butt. I don’t like the way he always stares at my butt and discustingly stares at me. Then whenever i shower he would “accidentally” get in cuz he thought i was not there. Same things happen whenever im changing in my room since i share room with my parents. I told him i was changing and he cant go in but he always bust in saying he forgot. I feel unsafe whenever im around with my father and i feel discusted towards him and myself. I love him so much and i just want a normal life and feeling the care of a loving Father. I cant trust anyone. No one to talk to. Please help me

i was sexulluy aboused from my step dad and he did some realy bad things to me its lasted for a year and i told my real dad and soon as posibule he drove to the hospital and to the police and i had a preg test and it was neg so i was happy but now the police are affter my dad and my mum is trying to snach me from my dad but im safe with my dad hes the best and im happy now because i get to go to my friends school and im having a great life now no yelling now pain and no abouse (:

When I was a small age I was about 7 or 8 years old we were in the sea and I was with my sister and my sister was helped me in swimming I wanted to bend with her girlfriend to swim but my mother cost her to keep me but I had left me with a man and I was touched. I worked at a children’s shelter for years and any type of physical, mental and especially sexual abuse is so horrific!!!!!!! It does damage that is irreversible. Why in the hell is society so lenient with all these molesters?? If you suspect a child is being abused you’re most likely right. Please speak to the child to try to protect them. We need tougher laws on the planet 🌎 We need to protect future generations from all this evil and damage!!!! Why is this not the worlds number one priority…to protect our children???😫😫

I got raped from my “grandpa” my mom reacted the same as her mom did and she almost called the police bit my dad his son told her to calm down and not too he tried to do that to me again but my mom kicked him out and he is homeless now
