1:58 - not a good idea. Its like adding new chokes and coupling them by this metal mounting. It may result in heating due to induced current, assymetry of currents, invalid voltage feedback to the controller, motor vibrations and others.

Not sure how dangerous those effects are in case of small motors, but this is something you should care about in medium and big size motors.

Great job but that prop is way too big for the torque capability of the weak stock magnet. Put a 4 or 5 inch prop on and it will output way more power that could fly a 3 foot wingspan plane with acceptable performance.

10 inch prop is too big for that motor u should use either 6 or 5 inch prop

A hall sensor alone won't drive the motor. It will still require a controller to provide the three phase.

my motor has 3 terminals U,V,W how can i connect without a speed controller?

in the order the terminals are located. It doesn't matter if you connect the 3 pin speed controller from the one side or the other, it just affects the polarity, if it spins clockwise or anti-clockwise

La verdad no hay mucho que identificar. Estos motores de DVD son muy genericos por lo cual su controlador puede ser cualquiera y sobre los sensores la verdad no es de mucha importancia ya que estos no estan conectados directo al motor si no que en los DVD otro IC se encarga de ello

Vivian Astridge it is a servo tester. It provides a pulse width modulated voltage frequency to activate the electronic speed controller. They're like $5 on Amazon.
