You have remember and make these movement’s automatic when running the ropes. You’d be surprised how easily you can slip through and fall out. I remember the bruises from running ropes.

It's funny as a kid I thought those ring ropes forced people to run and felt bad at the thought they might continue forever if nobody stopped them.

Not bad if you have great balance and have your opponent helping you by guiding you with their arm

Watch Rey mysterio, start with kicking the legs then work on what you want

Body weight moves are your friend here. A Hardy boys jawbreaker is gonna be more believable than say a body slam.

Thanks y’all I appreciate it. I definitely learned the answer to this at training too. It’s all about intensity and body language. You gotta look like you know what you’re doing and attack with intensity. Something I’m still working on but I’m way better than I was last year when I wrote this. Thank you ❤️

@@CaptainDrummyHands it’s going great man. A LOT has happened since I posted this. I’m actually training on the east coast and I’ve been performing and having matches at my school for their last 4 student shows
