@@fadeshottt The jacket isn't cool, the sleeves are cool. Leather jacket? Cool. Varsity jacket? Cool. Tweed jacket? Not cool. Leather vest? Not cool. What do the cool things have in common? Leather sleeves. Edit - Some of y'all are taking this surprisingly personally. I guess Demetri Martin isn't as widely known as I thought. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-e9ST_-mjQsM.html
I didn't know the name of the movie. It said it in the clip, but I thought Catch Me If You can was Leo pretending to be a bunch of different people to dishonestly earn money. Or was this at the very beginning of the movie? I have not seen it since it came out.
For ppl who dont get it, he's not actually a teacher, he's a character who takes after a real life person who was an identity fraud, cashing in fake checks and eventually got a job at the fbi after they noticed his expertice in the field once they had caught him. Here he was about 18, and new to the school, he posed as the teacher to get back at the bully. Movie --------------------------- "Catch Me If You Can"
That wasn't a teacher, it was the new kid The entire punchline here is that he's such a good actor he pretended to be the teacher so he could drive social anxiety into brad 💀
@@IAmTheJellyBeanRockThe movie is based on a real life story about an impersonator/forger who was exceptionally good at dodging the law but was eventually caught and later employed by the secret police.
@@samuela1918He also never worked for the FBI. The FBI has gone on record saying he did a speaking engagement for me them and nothing else. Multiple journalists proves 95% of the movie was fabrication by Abignale and never actually happened.
Yeah i noticed that too in reality thats pretty good for a person to be like that. Being nice to a stranger is one of the best feelings ever getting out there and interacting with people really helps you out.
And it left out that hes actually a student acting like the teacher for revenge. True story about the youngest con man who made millions in his life by the age of 18.
@@LaValle420 do you think this way about all the characters in every movie you watch? Are fictional characters supposed to have no impact at all just because they aren't real? What a ridiculous sentiment.
Well, sort of. Abignale lied about just about everything in the movie. He was never a substitute teacher, a pilot, doctor, or lawyer. Hell, he probably even made up the story about the call girl cashing his phony check. But hey, he did serve time for writing forged checks so in that sense the movie is based on a true story. It’s just 99 percent embellished.
@@accelerator100 It’s based on Frank Abignake’s autobiography which, as we now know, is a total crock of shit. His story has been investigated and it turns out next to none of it is true. But to answer your question, it was supposedly true. It just isn’t.
This guy pretended he was the teacher of the class he was attending. taught the entire French class as the teacher for a whole semester and even planned a class trip to France just in spite of a bully
Incase u didnt no Its a student acting like a teacher for revenge. Its a true story about the fbis youngest con artist they hunted for years. He made himself a millionaire by 17 and faked being a surgeon a pilot and made counterfeited checks that were basically real. Awesome movei. Tom hanks is the fbi agent. Highly recommend watching it.
Why? Its obvious! ... "Laugh about everything what i do, and do my homework, when i say it! ... otherwise.... you know" Now you are not confused anymore ^^
Film name: Catch me if you can. This scene is to show the characters early ability to impersonate as this movie is about forging cheques, there are many other interesting scenes such as when he pays a hooker with a cheque and even manages to get change from her.
What's amazing is that he didn't, but got everyone to believe that he did. It turns out that Abagnale was in jail half the time he claimed to be on some wild scheme, and his biggest scam was fooling everyone.
How to school a bully: Step 1 - Find a bully Step 2 - Become the bully’s teacher Step 3 - SCHOOL THE BULLY Edit: Why are there so many likes?!? Thank you!!!😭😭 3.1k, really??? WE CAN DO BETTER THAN THAT ARMY💪🪖 YES 3.2k, we need 3.5k to destroy the other team…LETS GOOOO!!! Hurt soldiers! We need 4k likes to heal them⛑️ Now we must rise!! Grow our army to 5k and we will alliance with the neighbor kids!!!!
For context, the guy doing the lesson is a student pretending to be a substitute teacher. He goes on to do this for about a month until the school catches on with his act. The movie is “Catch me if you can”
Knowing or not knowing doesn't make anybody better or worse. We are all the same, just with different gifts to help each other. Can't we all get along?!
@@jma7617 no we can't. why? those feeble minded fuckers haven't developed the cells in their brains to know the deeper meaning of what's right and what's wrong. instead their parents don't give a shit and let them do what they want and they grow up to be a stupid narcissistic asshole. that's basically it
I remember waking up from a nightmare and going to the living room after hearing sounds and seeing my parents eating chips and watching this movie . I sneaked in and sat next to them and started eating with them and making comments on the movie but even though they would respond they hadn’t realized I was there😂. This was my favorite scene and I remember how they jumped after realizing I was next to them when the credits came up at the end
