Hey, I just stumbled across this vide and found I have issues with both tests mentioned. It was mentioned in the video there would be a follow-up based on that but I couldn't find one on your channel from a similar timeframe. I know you have a good, even overwhelming number, of shoulder care videos, is there one that discusses fixes/next steps from the tests on this one? Thanks!

Hi, I done these screens and I have a clear lat mobility issue but I can’t see to find the video on how to fix it, if you could put a link it’d be very much appreciated
Good afternoon Squat University In minute 2'31'', I have this problem. With fully extended legs and a lumbar region of the back on the floor, my arms are away from the floor. What does this mean? Tigh pecs? Tight Lat? Or both? Thanks
Good question André! Without a hands on evaluation it's hard to say 100%. I would try a few of these exercises (linked below) and see if you can find any change in that test after. That should help you decipher which is the main problem (it may be one or the other or both!) squatuniversity.com/2016/08/05/the-squat-fix-overhead-mobility/
