Injuries suck. But if you don't tackle them head-on, you can end up with issues that linger for weeks, months, or even years.
But you don't need to outsource your recovery to a medical professional that's trapped in an insurance based rehab model.
This four part series will walk you through the principles you need for a full recovery. We start in part 1 with Day 0.
In this video we discuss how to handle the mental and emotional difficulty of getting hurt. While there isn't a lot you can do to make it better on Day 0, there is a whole lot you can do to make things worse.

I didn't get a injury but due to sitting(unimaginable sitting) My all body was in pain(it still is but improving) But this video still helped a lot and the 2nd part chronic dysfunction will be more helpful i guess
