How often do you do a seminar at the same location, my guess is consistency is key. And also is there a specific number of residents that you try to focus on. For example anything less than 50 residents you go once a year and anything over that you go every 3 - 6 months. They work for sure, great knowledge both of you!

I will see *all* residences regardless of size. Some of the smaller ones I've had the best results in. Also, going every 4 to 6 months is a good strategy. Thanks for your comment!

Great material. I like the idea of seminars. The cost of pizza and whatever is still way cheaper marketing tool.

Absolutely. It's a slightly different skill set than working a traditional purchased lead program, but with enough activity, it works extremely well =)

Yes, for sure. Certain areas with more COVID restrictions can make it harder, though.

At the seminar, are you enrolling people on the spot directly following the presentation or do you follow up with individual appointments? I have used seminars for Medicare Advantage plans with great success so I am curious what your conversion rate is directly following the seminar with final expense plans. Also, what days and times have you experienced as the best to host a seminar?

I try to if at all possible. Same day at best. I tell them I'm not coming back so if you're serious about getting covered, let's talk now. All days of the week are good. Never before 11AM EST, however. Most are still in bed =).

Right. Say this in the script, "Is this coverage for you or your spouse as well?" Then confirm at the end that both will be there. If not, suggest another time.
