Great Video! Is it also possible to share only the Link to external User and dont share the whole File in a Mail?

Hi there, thanks for the visit. I was wandering, since I have similar flow, is there anyway to ask an external user to send a document back after you have sent them such email with attachment? I will appreciate your response

You can use power automate flow with outlook so once they email you the document you can save it back SharePoint.
