Thanks! Appreciate what you're doing with your channel. Helps a lot!! I was hoping you could help me with a couple of questions. If you show you to a tire change and there is two or three stripped lugs - customer was trying to do it themselves then called it in - do you charge extra? The call came in off towbook from urgently out of network. Also if I take an out of network call is there a way to negotiate with them since its digital dispatch? Thanks in advance!!

For mc's do nothing for free. Not even air. Goa it. Or call mc and request additional. Never do it for free. or charge the customer a feee directly.
