@@Alex_Interests yeah there was only one file in the download. I extracted to the plug-ins folder under the program files x86 pcsx2 one not the documents folder for it
@@SoulChainGames on that same window, at the bottom where it says “Plugin Search Path”, does that point to the folder that has the plugins? If not, then try changing that.
My G29 is not centered during playing GT4 on PCSX2. I don’t know why because I’ve already calibrated it. It looks normal until start racing. Do you have any solution about my problem? Thank you.
In my usb configure can't find Wheel(Dx input), Only See Wheel Device And Can't See DF / DF Pro pass-through also I Don't know what's the problem my plug in is 32bit Qemu(Sorry about my low level English) Could you tell me what's should I do?
The PCSX2's interface has changed entirely, but the good news is the plugins are now built-in. Go to the controller settings, there's a box on the left click "USB Port 1" then click on the dropdown bar "not connected", and select wheel device.
Yes, I managed to get Fanatec DD GT Pro working and Heusinkveld Sprint pedals also. Although when I release the accelerator pedal it auto brakes, can't seem to solve this issue yet. For the Fanatec DD wheel, I selected; Controller input USB1 (the USB port on my PC that my Fanatec wheelbase is plugged into). Selected; Wheelbase, then GT Pro. Then clicked on bindings and assigned steering axis' and button assignments. I am using the Fanatec Porsche 911 Podium steering wheel, not all of the buttons or levers would bind. The main paddle shifters work great for manual gear shifting. All the main navigation buttons are working well, select and back buttons are selected by pressing the brake and accelerator pedals respectively. Unfortunately there is no force feedback at this stage. I'm still tinkering,.....
I am trying to setup, I got all the plugins but when I try to configure the steering USBqemu does not listen for 10 seconds automatically applies a value. Have you ran into this issue? If so any idea on how to correct it. On PCSX2 1.6.0
I have also tried this on PCSX2 1.4.0 again I am seeing the same issue. Attempting to configure the wheel automatically assigns a value. I am setup the Lily pad configuration.,
While the way you put in the bindings is still the same, the old Wx interface was replaced with QT some time ago. And the steering wheel plugin-in is now built in to the emulator's code. Don't get me wrong, this is still useful for older legacy builds of the emulator, if you happening to be using that. But for people who aren't very savvy with this, it would be helpful if the video's title had an outdated label or "for older versions" on it.
Quick question - has anyone encountered wheel drift/misalignment after a while? Using a G29, and after a couple of laps my car will start pulling to the left when the wheel is on-center. I basically have to turn the wheel 30 degrees to the right to get true "center", even though at the start of lap 1 everything is fine. I even tried mapping my steering with 6 degrees of offset on either side, no bueno.
I believe this is caused by tyre wear as I have noticed this even on controller. Once one of the side if worn more, the car will start pulling to that side.
I just experienced this in Battle Gear 3. As the race progressed the wheel got more and more out of alignment. I'm also experiencing another issue where mapping inputs is messed up. The direction (hats) will map but don't work. Ends up being the padde shifters that go up and down. All the buttons are backwards so X is square for example.
Yeah ya know I appreciate the tutorial and all but there's so many issues I'm experiencing with what should be perfectly fine hardware and software that I have now given up, I don't think there's a fix. I'm making this comment for anyone else who might be in the same 'why the hell isn't this working' boat
Go onto your wheel settings and check "report combined pedals" (or something along those lines, I am using a G25 and that solves it for all games that do that)
It doesn't work. I've copied the file to the original file of the game, but when I go to the plug-in configuration within the game I don't see the QEMU USB
Use the directory that is shown in the video. Drop the dll file there and it should pop up. If not, then click the configure button and change the path to the folder directory shown in the video. 0:25
so wait, you spent the majority of the video going through every button to map, which would be self explanatory especially with a playstation wheel, but didnt say a thing about FFB settings, if this works with any wheel ect. huh. alright then.
So how does usbquemu control the game like a controller? I finally got my Logitech g29 setup with pcsx2 I think you may of forgot that you still have to bind the wheel to the pad under controllers
i'm having a problem here, when i try to assign any button on DX Input it automatically assigns Hat up. On RawInput it's all fine but then there's that massive deadzone. help pls... ;-(
its not letting me map the throttle and brake, help? on my logitech g29, i have mapped everything else, i had to push the corresponding button a few times to get it to map... open to suggestions
@@HeavyMetalGamingHD what if you try to change the update of the wheel ? but you need to find the old version update of an old PS2 stearingwheel, i mean sometimes i like playing GT5 again, my T150 newest update didn't work on PS3 GT5, many people tryed and was having the same issues, when i changed the update to an older version of stearing wheel it didn't work too, something was missing, soo i thought what if i try to trick the PS3 system by using the old update anyway and simply rename the old update exactly like the newest update, guess what my PS3 now think i'm playing with a 500RS but it's a T150, and also everything even feedback works like a charm. Soo, maybe such manipulation could work if you find a old PS2 wheel version update, i will try as soon possible
