Perfect! My pattern has great directions, but as a relative beginner, this was exactly what I needed. I loved your technique of using the pins to line up both sides. Not having this exactly right kills me and I end up picking all my stitches out and re-sewing. This is going to save me so much grief! THANKS!

Thank you for this! Very clear directions. The one question I have is - are you sewing PAST the point of your dart? I saw you got to the pin marking the end of the dart and it looked like you sewed past it and off the fabric.

No, I try to sew to the point of the dart, but there are times I sew a little past it. As long as it's pretty close to the dart point, I don't worry about it.
