How to Sharpen a Pair of Scissors

You don't say what that tool is that you clamp on the scissor and you don' stay what grit wheel that you're using.

wow my daughter's 16 she's starting to make things from clothes cords strings our scissors I've tryed to sharpen but yea has that flat edge makes it hard to sharpen with a stone or rod and I can't afford a grinder like yours I have one but has a wheel and other side a sanding belt so can't buff the blade. is there a way to just use the grinder and use a certain stone to finish or just do the one step please help. I'm on a small budget I'm a single dad raising her on just disibilty and little child suport. thanks for the video god bless
