Used my belt for the first time today. I was worried about the break in period but honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. After my husband attached the lever and then readjusted it because I needed it a little looser, it was PERFECT. I had zero issues with it. It hugged me snug and did not dig into my ribs or my hip bones. It made me feel really stable in my core (which has taken a beating since my 3 children) and I confidently hit my squat targets today (68kg = 149.6 lbs for 5 reps). Very pleased with my purchase and wish I had bought it a long time ago.
Just put my belt together. I love it! I've crushed my entire lumbar in a rock climbing fall so I need a good belt. Thanks for making such a great design affordable.
I just got mine it feels hard to take off it’s not the lever but the things that go in the whole they are hard to pull out and takes a while to take off anyone got tips on how to make it easier to take off?
EDITED FOR FIX: Gonna have to get slightly longer stainless steel screws. The ones sent are to short and won’t stay put. This is your quality control? Edit: I took initiative and went and bought some new stainless steel screws. The stock screws are suppose to be size 1/4-20x1 SS flat head Philips. The problem is the stock screws are not quite 1” as they should be. They are 1/16” of an inch shy, which made all the difference in the world when making sure whether the clamp stayed put or not. Someone needs to do a comparison to find out why the screws are being sent shorter as that screw does not come stock that size. So, for $4 I have my new belt up and running. I must say, this is one bad ass belt.
@@joshuaaguilar4958 I did end up getting it, and I couldn’t be happier with it. After giving it some time to contour around my body I was able to hit some numbers on my deadlift I never thought I would at this point in lifting career. This belt brought the “fire” back into my powerlifting training and I couldn’t thank Gymreapers enough
Same mine too I got a medium to avoid longer belt leather hanging in. Both my trainers said the size is fine but the lever is not strong enough it pops open upon squatting
My strength kit just came in yesterday. My boyfriend and I put my lever belt together and it won’t click into place. It doesn’t stay on and keeps unclipping. It fits will but will not stay together. What did we do wrong?

The stiffness you're experiencing is our "break in" period, it's super common. Typically if you just keep on putting the belt on and taking it off it'll mold to your body and be super easy to use! If you still can't get that assembled after some time, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team at support@gymreapers.com and they'll get you taken care of.
Hey Colton- sorry to hear about the trouble you've been having with your lever belt! The best way to get the prongs removed easily is to make slack in the holes by pulling back and forth on the belt. Over time and usage of the belt- removing the prongs gets a lot easier! If you find that you're still having trouble with your belt- contact support@gymreapers.com to exchange it for a new belt as long as it's within 45 days of your purchase.
