In this video, we'll be discussing how to speed ramp in DaVinci Resolve 17. In the last video, we looked at how to change a clip's speed but this was more of a constant speed change where the entire clip speed is altered. A Speed Ramp is a little different as it's only affecting a section of your video clip with a change of speed in order to achieve a desired creative effect such as drawing attention to a moment, movement or part of the video clip. DaVinci Resolve 17 makes speed ramping very easy to do with its powerful Retime Controls.
