How to stack text with Carveco software

Thanks a lot Vernon. I had done the Carveco tutorial already but it was nice to have another example. When I followed along, I used Vernon Hinkle instead of John Smith. That way it reminds me that it's your example. I use Mach 3 and I learned recently that there is a special post-processor if you want the machine to stop between tool changes. There's a post-processor called "Mach3.4-Arcs(inch)ATP" that puts the commands in to handle an automatic tool changer. You don't need the tool changer, but the machine still stops and waits for the change. Just thought I'd add that in there for other Mach 3 users that weren't aware of this feature. BTW, the tools need to have different numbers for this to work, so don't forget to set them up, like you've done in your video.

Great tutorial. Every time I copy/paste upper name works fine until I tool path lower combined area. Always says two vectors overlap. Sure enough when you have both bulbs lit to see overlap yup there they are. How in tf does that happen when the only thing you did was copy then paste directly over what you copied?

Vernon, can I do this with Maker? I don't have Maker+.
