Treating an asthma attack should never be done with herbs. But, like I stated in the video, having a good stock of respiratory supportive herbs to consistently take and build your lungs and help with symptoms is a very good idea.
Not dumb at all! It depends on the herb. Some herbs don’t tinctures well because of their properties. You have to research the herb that you’re working with.
Food saver bags are thin and clear and wouldn’t offer the same protection from light. No matter what you store your herbs in, I would not keep dried herbs for longer than 1 year.
