Same here for the last 2 weeks or so I've noticed mine has been doing this & refuses to reconnect!! I've never had any issues with any pen connecting or reconnecting back to the phone and I've only had Note phone since the Note 3 dropped!
@@Ridgyed does your phone still notify you that your own isn't inside of it? Mine does but I really think Samsungs last update messed alot of our phones up with our pens.
@@Ridgyed mine still allows me to do notes but it still tells me if I get up & my pen isn't in my phone. As for connecting to let me do things like play music, etc it won't. It's so aggy!!!
I have no idea why my phone wont connect to my original S pen after I updated the new IU. And now I can not use air actions anymore. My city currently under lockdown so I cant leave my house to samsung center :((((
Hi, I did this hoping it would work, but it doesn't work for me. For some reason my SPen won't write, it says it's 100% charged, the small dot shows up on the screen, the button works on the pen, but for some reason the spen won't write. I know it's not just my spen because I used my bf's spen and it worked on my phone for a day then it did the same thing, stopped writing. Please help if you know how to fix this. Thanks in advance.
It's giving me an error, it won't reset my s pen. My issue only is that it shows disconnected, even gives me a notification but all of the features are still working. Essentialy shows disconnected but still works completely fine so I guess I'll ignore the notifications.
It is not working for me.. I did the reset.. connects for a while but it pen is not holding charge and disconnects immediately once removed from the silo.
Doesn't work! You know, I think it is because of an update! Afterwards the phone doesn't detect the spen at all. What to resetbit ot pair again! The normal writing is ok & works but AIRVIEW tasks do not work anyhow. Do you have anything really helpful?
Yes you r right brother.. My spen is also not working properly.. after updates I think. My "Magnify" showing but not working... not zooming at all. SAMSUNG SUCKS!!
@@IgalOren on mine from the home screen i can pull down from the top, tap the gear and search for air actions that takes you to settings for your S Pen. For me that is where I see the charge percent of my S Pen it's not something I can turn on it's just there. And also that is the only place where I can find it. It does not appear with the battery percentage of your actual phone. You may even need a new S Pen.
Please, I did, but still s pen keeps disconnected..! I faced this issue a week ago, my note 10 plus keep trying to connect to the s pen even its inserted, air commands is working but remote access not working like launch camera or any remote action.. Got me! I hope you can help me Best regards
I have done all those actions and it wont reconnect or reset keeps saying retry everything i try to connect and reset. Phone went through alot of updates after switching carriers but worked fine before...how can i fix this issue?
How can I STOP a new S Pen from doing too much? I only use the simple stylus mode. I don't want any air actions, camera mode etc. My new pen keeps doing it's own thing. Extra spaces, swiping letters, opening and closing pages... I want it all to stop. Help!

Yah. And I was really seeking forward to seeing some troubleshooting tips since my S Pen is not connecting at all. I don't know whether if it is a problem with the phone itself or with the Pen... All I know is I can't use Air actions in my Note 10 Plus.
Thank you very much! Greetings! I have had this problem for a year now. Today I came across the error notification and decided to search RU-vid again and your video was the second I saw. I quickly decided to do what you recommended and yes, it worked! Thank you very much again!
For anyone that's having a problem with their s-pen such as needing to press harder on the screen just for it to register or work to scroll etc etc take the s-pen out of the phone and hold it in your hand at the top near the clicker and take your other hand and FLICK it (kind of like if you were going to flick the back of someones ear, lol) pretty good a couple of times at the bottom near the TIP and then try to see if the sensitivity changes back to the way its supposed to be like on the older Notes.. It has something to do with the spring or something in there and if you flick it a few times pretty hard it fixes the spring holding the s-pen tip and then it'll work like a charm! Obviously don't try to flick it hard enough to break it people!
Does not work for me. I get the could'nt connect to your s pen every time. If holding the button to scan for s pen, no led is getting on. I am under the impression its battery is dead and wont charge anymore.
