Hey sezzy! In regard to your mini survey on instagram, no matter how long your videos are , they are A M A Z I N G and could never be too long. Seeing you workout and making healthy food is sooo inspiring! I myself have PCOS and I’m tired of taking pills so watching your videos help cuz you know where I’m coming from and seeing you get your period back naturally is awesome and makes me hopeful . So thank you for being so real and sharing your days and personal life with us. Much appreciated. ❤️💕
I don't understand why she thought 18 minutes was too long when everyone always asks her to make the videos longer. Like I think most of these girls would watch an hour long vlog if we're being honest
Amber Townrow me too! I'm so busy with school work. I wish at school there was a course that taught us exactly how to b a video Pro editor :-) can't find one course like that at school.
theFitty I know !! I just finished year 12 last year and I studied media production and Analysis but even then it was so hard to test it out when I had no content, I’m so glad I started a RU-vid channel at the end of the year so I could experiment with my editing and footage 😊
I made these chickpea burgers and they were honestly SO GOOD!!! I put Italian herbs, garlic powder, pink Himalayan salt, onion powder, nutritional yeast, and paprika and they were so delicious. Sezzy is definitely right in that you can put in whatever mix of ingredients you like/have on hand and it will taste great! I’m not a big fan of turmeric so i left that out and put in the ingredients that I did have and they turned out great! You can definitely taste the product as you go with this recipe so you can adjust the taste to whatever you prefer. I only had regular all purpose flour so I used that instead of the buckwheat flour, and to coat the outside of the patties I used panko breadcrumbs instead of the almond flour since that’s all I had. I made burgers or of these chickpea patties with a bread bun, lettuce, tomato, and mayo and it was so yummy! I definitely recommend trying this recipe! Thank you Sezzy for the awesome recipe!
So happy you decided to upload the entire thing instead of splitting it into two. Can never get enough of sezzy's vids! Loving your positive vibe and energy levels - such an inspiration. #sezzysquad
I would love to try making those chickpea burgers- they look so good! Is there any chance you could write the recipe in the description bar below the video in addition to showing it in the video? Thank you!
Life With Court she showed a clothing rack with work-out clothes and stuff. It was very sneaky. 🙊 And I think of of the shirts had one of her hashtag sayings on it. I can't remember for sure what it was. But it was about a month ago and the shirt said something that was very sezzy for sure.
I remember watching this show when I was little and one of the girls in the show was saying how frozen grapes taste like icecream. So I popped them in the freezer and tasted them - delicious but didn't taste like ice cream lol 😂
Seeing you just got your period back, which is amazing! But if one of the reasons you lost it was because of your body being over stressed from your first E book, how are you going to do this one differently especially if they are harder workouts? Love watching you! ❤️
The best source of calcium comes from plants, and that's coming from an ex vegan. Green Nutritiinals make the best one. Gotta take K2 with calcium though to push it in your bones and teeth- calcium doesn't belongnin your gut, arteries or tissues.
Kurt was so sweet when complaining about his fat. I understand him. I gained some fat, and even if I am not fat for others, I am out of shape and I feel bad, but I am planning to so something about it. Love you both 😘
Don't throw away the aquafaba! (chickpea water) because you can make SO much vegan dishes with it.. such as macaroons, mayonnaise, meringues, mousse and many more. ((: Love from Perth ! xx
I’m a new subscriber, and I’ve been binge watching you almost everyday. I wasn’t necessarily making any New Years resolutions, but after watching your videos I have been eating so much more well rounded and clean. All thanks to you. I feel great. Unfortunately I’m almost all caught up on your videos so I cannot wait until you upload... it’s so painful waiting!!! Much love to you and Kurt! Oh! And. I’ve always had confidence issues... it never really clicked with me how to be confident. So I made a sign for my office desk at work (I do calligraphy) that says act confident and no one will question you! You truly have changed my life. Thank you xx
Cold fruit is delicious!!! Such a good idea to make it available for when you want to snack. It's so easy to end up snacking on unhealthy things in those moments 😂😍💪

i am so excited for sweat it to shred it 2.0!!! I loved the first one and I still do the workouts all the time!!! Please make sure you take care of yourself through the process so you don't have to go through what you did last time. That was so hard to watch because it was so easy to tell how tired and stressed you were. I love you so much and want you to stay happy!!!
Here's an idea for if you're living with your parents: when I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and decided to take control of my health by eating a paleo based diet, I bought a mini fridge for my bedroom and stored my food in there. That cut down on the arguments my parents and I would get into about fridge space so my food wasn't taking up much room in the fridge (sometimes I still had to store a few overflow things in their fridge).
Speaking of sweet potatoes, you can make really yummy soup by blending togeher the same amount of sweet potatoes and cabbage, along with half an onion, a bit of italian herbs, butter/olive oil, any milk, bouillon, salt, and pepper. Blend these together after boiling. This tastes amazing. Anyone who read this comment should try and make it!
Begging you to talk about your birth control ways!!! It would help me so much xxx I know alot of my friends are thinking about going hormone free as well! I would love to hear what your doing now as I've ditched birth control!
Sarah a really yummy way i love to have chickpeas is: you put some oil in a pan ( I use extra virgin olive oil), cut up some garlic and onion however much you want and think is necessary, then you add the chickpeas and let them coke for a while maybe ten minutes or so, then you add cumin and paprika coke it all together for like a minute maybe. you can also put in some boiled potato and green beans (I normally do this recipe after making a stew with the extra veggies and it´s soooo good) love you so much
So excited to try the burgers! Could you do a nourish/vitality bowl video with different recipes?! I have trouble trying to find the right combinations
Throwing the pumpkin seeds out made me wanna cry! Chuck them in a corner of your tray and roast them along with the veggies too - they're delicious!!!!
Hey Sarah! I was wondering if you could make a vid about the natural things you use for body wash, shampoo, face wash, etc? Or if you've already done one, could you point me in the right direction? I'm looking for things I can use that are more natural, due to cystic breakouts and possible hormone imbalance. I remember watching a vid where you spoke about your struggles with acne and if you could do that that would be wonderful!
I've never commented on someone's video but I have to tell you, you have been a huge help and motivation in my journey to become healthier and fitter. Thank you!
I agree with the cook book idea! I would love it if the book included Sezzy going to different markets and cafes she loves too. This way when I visit my friend in Australia, I will know where to go :) Also... KURT WE NEED ANOTHER VIDEO!!! I am so excited for your photography stuff... I literally check every day.
