Sarah, you have inspired me so much these last few months! Seeing how well you take care of your body makes me want to do the same. I'm already pretty healthy but I know that I could take the next step and figure out what works best for *my* body and I would probably feel even better! Watching your videos has inspired me to start my own health/fitness youtube channel where I'll be testing different eating patterns and fitness programs to figure out what I respond to best and hopefully find something that helps me get the last mile to reach my goals but is something I can maintain the rest of my life
Portion control is my biggest culprit too! HONEST TO GOD I need to portion everything out AND THEN MAKE SURE I'M OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE otherwise I'll always find myself going back for more, and more and more and more. I hope I'm not the only one determined to overcome this problem!
theFitty portion control is so much easier when your nourishing you body with healthy starches like rice oats potatoes and lots of fruit and veggies😌😌😌
Hey Sarah! Can you please do a video on how to eat a paleo-based diet on a budget? I'm a university student and can't afford all of that healthy food you eat :( plus: what options should I choose in a Café, when there's no plant based milk around? Germany doesn't have a lot to offer when it comes to healthy fresh food on the go :D Maybe you could do a video on what to pack for lunch as well :) Lots of love from germany
farmers markets in germany are usually not cheaper but can actually be more expensive, depending where you go. cheap options are usually Aldi/Lidl, where you can also get cheap organic veggies and fruit. where excactly do you live in germany? i might be spoiled, here in Berlin where i live, we have alot of healthy foods around and most cafes have at least soy milk.
I live in Flensburg (Schleswig-Holstein) so basically: a small town. The farmer's market here is quite expensive. So I already use the options of Lidl. Aldi not so much because the quality of the veggie (at least in that Aldi here in Flensburg) is terrible. It's rotten and often taste watery. So buying veggie isn't always the problem. I have trouble buying things like Almond milk, coco milk, soy yoghurt etc. I know where to buy this. But it's either friggin expensive or has chemical contents and sugar inside which I want to cut out. Other things like Amaranth or that kind of fancy stuff I would go and buy at dm. But again: it's hella expensive there. And for the cafés: they don't use soy milk here because it won't get sold as much. Especially that one coffee shop on my campus doesn't have any "paleo" options except tea or black coffee. So I think it really is difficult in a smaller town than Berlin :D thank you though
Have you ever thought of making almond milk by yourself? I don't really know if at the end it would be less expensive than buying a carton of it, tho... And for amaranth etc, here in Switzerland Aldi/Lidl sometimes have biological/healthy stuff in their weekly "sales" (I've got chia seeds, amaranth, quinoa etc from them relatively cheap). I know the struggle of wanting plant based milk at cafés... I think here (Luzern, so not really a small town) our only option is still Starbucks (which in Switzerland is SO expensive, so no thanks).
I agree, making your own nut milk is way more cheaper and also more natural and has a better taste than store bought, but unfortunately not convenient on the go...
Sarah I'm a recent subscriber and I just wanted to say THANK YOU. You have seriously inspired me with regards to health and fitness and I can honestly see a difference in not only my body and fitness levels but my mood and general persona as well! Keep making your videos, you're going to be so successful! Xx
I don't like that scale. Weigh yourself. Then drink some water and weigh again. The weight increase is counted as higher body fat instead of water when it's clearly water. So it's not accurate in my opinion
Each time you weigh yourself on any scale, you need to make sure you are weighing yourself at the same time each time you do it. This is because your body bloats as the day progresses or, like you mention, with consumption. Weighing yourself should only be used as a marker to see overall progress, not specific numbers. I hope that made sense
Thank you for always being so real and down to earth. Your channel is a breath of fresh air, while other fitness RU-vidrs make me feel bad about myself.
Please keep up with this series, it is super helpful! I love how balanced and easy going you are with it. It helps to know how you don't need to restrict and be so hard on yourself and that getting "back on track" doesn't dictate your happiness. You positive energy makes me want to go out and enjoy my life in the healthiest way, much love Sarah! I also would love to know what dressings you think are the healthiest when ordering out and if you ask to not cook them in certain oils or if you just don't think about it too much as long as its paleo and whole food sources.
I definitely need to do a project comeback as well! I have PCOS and struggle with sugar cravings. Do you have any tips on curbing them and keeping insulin from spiking? What nail polish are you wearing? It's beautiful! I love nude shades.
When you said you always start your day with a warm cup of lemon water I went to the kitchen and got myself a cup as well 😋🍋 have you ever tried to add mint leaves? It tastes delicious, I do it all the time!
Oh my god i love you so much. I've been really down because I just moved to mexico from venezuela where it's been for pretty bad for the past years. I'm pretty lonely here and don't have much that motivates me. You've helped me so much with your positivity and i've been getting pretty healthy. Love your videos so so much. Xoxo
Would love to see a video on how you are keeping your portions AND nutrients in check! I have no problem eating healthy food but it's soo good I can't stop!
please keep doing vids like these ! they help a lot! whenever you post the what I eat in a day videos i try to copy what you eat in that day and see if it helps me and it does!
omg I woke up today thinking to myself I need to get back on track, I have 10 weeks till my summer holiday off school and AHH ! You posted this and really just gave me so much motivation! Let's do this!
Is that $33 for 1 kg of fruit and nut mix? And $17 for 1 kg of pasta? Is food really expensive in Australia or is just the specialty food aspect? Very curious.
Health food is pretty expensive here! Especially organic / special grains like spelt and buckwheat. But there are cheap options too in larger supermarkets... we have really great local produce and everything is super fresh and amazing 😊
yaay! keep doing this info filled vlogs. I love the way you share with us your daily journey. women's body goes through cycles that gets me demotivated.
Oh, the situational irony!!!! May 28th is SUCH an exciting date for me! I will FINALLY be moving into an apartment with my husband after being long distance newly weds for nearly two months, AND I'm getting a Sezzy surprise! YAY Also, our apartment is near the beach, so I am also using these next four weeks to feel nice and healthy, lean, and happy. Soooo pumped that you're doing the same! We're comeback sisters and you don't even know it!
If I don't do strenuous exercise, I like to walk at a fast pace almost every day for 35 minutes and I have been starting to incorporate jogging, as I am slowly building up my stamina, is it still okay for me to buy these powders from tropeaka? (Boost, lean protein, and immunity) I am a relief teacher too so that messes around with my schedule most times and when I do exercise it's in the evening, I am a small person and would like to replace my fat with muscle. Thank you Sarah 😘👌🏼
Exactly what I needed. I've been sock this month and have felt that my body needed rest more than exercise but i haven't really done anything in 3 weeks. Add to the no exercise not the best diet ( not as good as usual, but even that could be better) and you have one horribly affected lady. it's amazing how eating and exercise ( or lack thereof/ all effort out the window) has an impact on your wellbeing. So, thank you for this video. I am in this rutt!
Holland and Barrett is The UK's version of 'Naked Foods'. I don't know if you've ever been in there but they are basically a health food store. Try find a big Holland and Barrett store though as they have 10x more variety than the smaller ones; these are usually located in cities e.g. Manchester, Liverpool, etc.
I love your channel!!! How did you learn so much about how food effects your body? I want to figure it out for myself, but don't know where to start. Help please!!
sezzy! every time i don't feel like going to the gym, i watch one of your videos and i feel inspired. thank you SO much. also, i would love to see some cooking videos because i feel like i'm in a rut when it comes to something like chicken. idk how to change it up! love you
Normally I'm a really fit person but every time I come back home from a holiday I never can be bothered for weeks to go to the gym or to eat healthy. Your channel and every single video you make is the only thing that is able to motivate me to start with a project comeback! I will start right now! You are a big inspiration to me!
I absolutely love this series please continue to do it! I've been in a rut with getting motivated again and your videos always inspire me!! Thank you for helping me become the fittest I've ever been!
OMG Sarah, you are almost at 300 000 subscribers, I am so happy for you!!! Love this video, you are real and you are not drastic with yourself, you are down to earth and allow what your body crave like sugar but in a healthy moderate way. Also I have a question, do you think it is possible to be in a paleo base diet and be vegan at the same time?
Ahhhhhh I know so so crazy and surreal! Thanks gurl :) Yeah for sure! It will take a little more planning, prep and determination. But you can defs be paleo and vegan :) x
I think you should definitely continue the Project comeback series! I love watching all of your vids especially ones where you go off track and plan to get back on track and share it with us!! so excited for more!
Have you ever tried to make a spread out of your fruit and nut mix? I do this with mine in a food processor till it comes out smooth kind of like peanut butter and it's sooo good! Especially as a treat on a banana or apple or something! Also, I have problems with eating lots of carbs for breakfast as well...it leaves me just wanting more carbs an hour later and wanting to snack! If I have eggs I'm usually satisfied till lunch
I love the look of your home made meals and drinks, makes healthy look more appealing! I've been piggy recently with chocolate and processed foods now that the weather is getting cooler. Thanks for the inspiration 😀
Hello sarah Please please answer! How do you know if your body can't digest nuts properly as my mum eats alot of them but has bloating issues. She is wheat and dairy free.
These kinds of videos are so inspiring!! Sarah, you are actually inspiring! I am a healthier version of myself because of you. I hope that you have an app or place/site where you can give us a workout/nutrition plan.
Hi Sarah! Idk if you'll see this but I have been watching your videos since before this video came out and I look up these back on track videos every time I need extra motivation! Thank you for giving me so much inspiration over the years. My fitness would not be the same today had I not found your videos!!
Obviously, I'm not the only one, but seriously - Sarah has literally turned my training and eating around. I've taken on so many new foods and products, learnt so much and spent a few dollars (Tropeaka is a game changer!) but I look forward to my results! I've never been this heavy before (for a petite girl) and even though I am still healthy, I still want to feel and look my absolute best! - which, like Sarah, is at a certain weight. So I can't thank you enough for this content, I wish I could support you even more x Love from NZ x
Alekxandra, just do not it that :) Detoxing is a really weird term. But, actually, you can drink lemon water because citric acid increases the secretion of gastric juice, accelerates emptying of the stomach, increases peristaltic movements of the gastrointestinal tract, promotes weight loss. But in the same time it improves appetite :)
I really needed this video today! I have been trying so hard to lose weight and it's just not been happening for me lately so this is definitely some much needed inspiration for me. I'm more motivated than ever to mix up my workout routines and eat healthier! Can't wait for more Project Comeback videos to keep me on track

Sez, your channel literally changed my life. Since I stared following you, I lost weight, gained muscle, I am happier and stronger than ever before . You're such an inspiration. 🙏🏻❤️❤️
I just want to say that you are my biggest inspiration. I've been feeling the same since Easter and it's been awful so i've decided to get into the right track again. I'm excited to see more from your content on the topic! Love you!
Loved this! I have oven eaten before and with an ed it's not fun in itself but my stomach is bloated the next day and it makes you self conscious! Goodluck :)
I'm so obsessed with your videos and I can't wait until your big project is released. So good to have an Aussie fitness youtuber. I'd like to see a video based on water retention if you cannnnn. Love you!!!! ❤❤❤❤
maanuulicious basically you sprout your nuts. when the nuts are sprouting it activates its nutrients making it more digestible hence the name activated nuts. you can do it by soaking it and roast them in low temperature oven. so many recipes and how to online.
maanuulicious in the us we just say sprouted or soaked. Same concept. If they are sprouted it will say on package.. if not then you can soak them overnight and that helps for digestive issues like she was talking about. I have to do this as well.
Please continue with this series!! Like you over Easter I've been treating myself a bit too much with home cooked family meals and baked goods so this is really inspiring to watch :) Love your videos Sez!
