Listened to this a second time, because I wanted to take notes. The biggest take away from watching this both times is: put the noise in your head that is going to make you better! Love this! ♥
My biggest takeaway is finding a community. I've always wanted to evolve on my own, and while it's possible, I've seen how better it is to have people that can relate to you and support you. It makes it more fun and beautiful. So, I'm gonna try to find my community 🤞🏿😌
Biggest takeaway: How to find people who have similar interests. The thought about making new friends always makes me feel kind of uncomfortable, but you gave me a lot of motivation. Thank you for being that open! Watching your Videos has become part of my routine🥰
I literally joined form 2 days ago because I wanted to prioritize my wellness journey and seeing this video posted today just gave me so much more motivation!! Thank you Sami for always being so inspiring 🥰
Thank you Sami! I am feeling so confused lately. Always did weight lifting but lately I am not feeling it. I enjoy your workouts so much but so many trainers on Instagram make you feel guilty that you are not training with heavy weights and doing different workouts every week. This was really really needed
Such incredible points. I am going through this transition right now. I genuinely believe I started to have super hard health issues just so I could take a step back. It's not about fixing yourself, it's about creating a life that is nurting, healing, and genuinely fun, not superficially - ironically self-destructive - lifestyle that others lead you to believe is THE life. It's all about balance to be honest. That's where we all thrive and get to enjoy life at the same time. Thank you, Sami.
I’m really starting to focus in on my body, what I want for my future, and just prioritizing happiness in general (and getting away from just going through the motions of…whatever). Just having touchstones to refer to like the ones that you mentioned are bananas motivating and I’m really excited to move forward. Sending all the love!!! ❤
I'm 23 & already have a strong wellness routine but this video was so inspiring for me! Things I need to dive deeper like in my journal routine. I love your priority list! I didn't realize you had no clue what to do with your life at 21. I often feel behind, and this video gave me so much hope and motivation. Thank you Sami!! Feels like listening to a friend.
My biggest takeaway is that I need to form a routine. I'm always inconsistent, so I want to prioritize the important things for me and to be consistent! Thank you Sami for this helpful Video! Love you ❤
Feeling sooooo identified with and inspired by everything you said!!! Started to look out for my mental health a couple years ago, and my new routine made me had to let go of some people and its so important to know that who you surround yourself with has SUCH a big impact in how you are feeling on a daily basis!! Thanks again for the inspiration😋
My biggest take away is staying consistent with what i feed myself via videos like this. It always inspires me so and helps motivate and direct me to the right path for me. Im moving towards a new path in life starting january and I'm so excited for it. I think one of the best ways to have success in this new space and year is to start practicing these habits now so that when the new year comes along, that it's so much easier.
Thank you Sami. Another super helpful, motivating video. After having a baby your weekly schedule of workouts and journal have been incredible for me being a full time employee and stay at home mom, time is so limited - every tool has helped me get back to a path I feel proud of. just thank you for all that you do..
This is definitely a best of all time video from you! Super clear and coherent and practical, and on a personal level it was super motivating for me. I was experiencing a lot of personal and work related stress a couple of months ago and fell out of the health and wellness routines and habits that made me feel my best, and I’ve been working on getting back on top of them. Love you!!❤
Your insight from your wellness journey is so knowledgeable. Thankyou, nearly 2 years into my fitness journey and it really is true, your body will speak to you if you take the time to listen ❤️
This video was exactly what I needed. I think my biggest takeaway was your acknowledgment of the ups and downs and inviting people into your life that will serve you because it’s so tough to go through. And also that nail color is incredible on you ❤
A started journaling last month (because of you 🤗), and I can tell it really helped me already. I'm enjoying this journey of knowing myself and be the best version of me.
really agree that the first awareness to make some changes to your life is the most important & hardest part. Make up the minds then start to search for informations about HOW, is really a huge step on your journey to be better
I've just realize that I've been following you for 5 years!!! My goodness..it seems so long but so short at the same time!! you are such a big part of my life really...amazing..so glad!💝
My biggest takeaway is to journal! I have anxiety when it comes to planning out my day but I always forget that journaling could help with writing all the millions of thoughts I have to decrease that anxiety! Thanks Sami!
Thank u Sami , I really needed this because lately I didn't feel myself any more . I needed to chang my life so I am really motivated to get back to my routine and be the best version of myself even though I didn't move my body as it should , I've been eating unprocessed food and always criticize myself. Thank you for always inspiring me to be the best version of me and to know that its OK to not be okay Love you QUEEN 💗
Biggest takeaway: How to find people who have similar interests. I often feel that in order to connect with people that are currently in my life (I am a student at university) I would pretty much need to drop my daily routines, start staying out late and start going out drinking a lot more often. It can feel very isolating sometimes, feeling like you are on the outside. You gave me some motivation to try find more like minded people and maybe reaching out first is not as scary as it might seem. This was very inspiring, thank you!
Thank you so much beautiful Sami! There will never be enough words to express how grateful I am for your videos. Absolutely everything you do is filled with love, help, support, motivation, positive energy and real magic!✨✨✨✨✨ You gave me the best workouts, the healthiest diet, beautiful mornings filled with meditations, breathing techniques and journaling. You showed me the importance of being connected to myself, of asking myself what I need. Thank you! 🙏 💕💕💕💕💕💕
My biggest takeaway is to prioritize. Having an idea of what is most important or helps the most and making sure at least that gets done is something that feels attainable when the bigger picture can be so overwhelming.
Such a helpful video, some great advice. My biggest take is having a conversation with your body to figure out what it needs to feel good. So true, that connection isn’t there otherwise, I think that’s why diets fail ultimately
Thank you for mentioning how hard it is to find a therapist. I’ve been through several and it really is hard to find someone that clicks with you and get help you.
Thank you so much! Not only for this video but for everything you put on the internet! I’ve started my wellness journey in the beginning of this year and FORM workouts really changed my mind body and life in the best way. But I sometimes struggle with the nutrition part, not that I eat unhealthy, I almost only eat whole foods tons of protein and veggies and some healthy carbs, but I really have no idea on what to eat. Maybe you have some tips on that, would appreciate it, sending love!
Just finding this video as I’m (re)starting my wellness journey after a long bout of depression and love this as a practical reminder of what is easily in our wellness toolkit. I have to ask as a woman though - how do you stay consistent during the harsher weeks of your cycle?
Loved this video and was inspiring into my wellness journey .....could relate to what you said about surrounding yourself with like-minded people and friends!
I found RU-vid and podcasts during the pandemic which allowed me to actually lose weight and focus on myself for the first time in a long time. I was so physically and mentally fit. Things have changed since life has gone back to normal though and I am trying to take back control once more…but yes podcasters and influencers really helped me. They often get a bad rap but I believe if you pick the right ones (you, Sanne, Romee) then they do a lot of good for people’s health and motivation (I am a 42 year old mother of 4 so not even on the same wavelength but can still be inspired by it all to be the best me I can be)
I loved this video Sami thank you so much - always and forever inspiring. I love how you prioritise your top 3 practices it takes the pressure off too 😊 I mediate and journal just struggle to bring the movement in x.
My biggest takeaway is daily journaling. The idea of having a constant conversation with your intuition is something I really need in my daily routine.
I join forms and it had made a big impact on my life with my mental and physical health. I was just working out to workout because it was in a unhealthy routine. I would go to bed late, eat foods that made me feel uncomfortable and i would prioritize myself in a way that wasn’t healthy for my mental and physical health. Now i sleep early because its part of my healthy routine, i meditate, go on daily walks when i can and i listen to podcasts especially Jay Shetty. I find sometimes information that i get is overwhelming and makes me think twice on everything and my body. I deleted TikTok because that was a toxic but it was also a healthy environnement. I just need to be ok with myself before i can go back to it. I try therapy and i find it hard to express myself. I question myself sometimes if i am good enough or if i am doing enough. I find i am hard on myself. I really want to try and fix my mental health but that is also very overwhelming. I am in high school so that doesn’t help either but i am trying my best!
Thank you Sami❤ this was such an inspirational video 💕🎊😍 biggest takeaway is how journaling plays such a big part, but everything you said is so helpful 💛😇
Inner thoughts are the most important. YES ❤️ your inner dialogue and how you are seeing yourself will actually set the tone. Is the door to manifesting your true desires 🪲
Do you think you’d ever make a dessert video? I love seeing your healthy desserts in your what I eat in a day but I’d love to see your favorites and the recipes that go with them! I have a huge sweet tooth so I think this would be very beneficial. I love your videos regardless ❤️

How do you find your identity in something that is constantly fluctuating and something that is internal? Surely it would be more meaningful to find one’s identity in something that never changes and is not dependent on one’s self or one’s actions or emotions?
