Love these types! I’ve always tried to make changes but tried to do everything all at once and it did work but it wasn’t long term. Starting off small is definitely the way to go. It definitely takes time and sometimes it’s so hard waiting for great results but time is what we need! This video is so inspiring! Thanks girl!

sometimes having the mindset that "i will at least TRY today" makes it so much easier to start doing something even just the tiniest step towards ur goal. u just really have to start, then have discipline. (and proper rest, leeways for things that are unhealthy SOMETIMES [cheat days lol]) that is the only way. so right about the all or nothing mindset. its just not how our brains or our bodies work, we're not machines that u can just choose a setting on. even then machines have to warm up and calibrate from the lowest setting to the highest.
This year I gave myself 9 months to reach a reasonable weight. October and November I just tried but from December until August I'll be consistent with the gym(3 times a week)and I'll be just careful with the food without being on a diet. In 2021 I lost 35 in a year, in 2022 I lost 3 😂so this year I'll take it easy but consistently. We'll see in 9 months. Thanks for your videos ❤
