Coach Lee I’ve bought that emergency kit, but I think I need a little more guidance on my situation. I’m separated/ officially starting the divorce process. She asked me to meet her to pay for half of the filing fee. We met today, all this time I’ve been trying to do no contact, never reaching out to her. When we met I didn’t beg her, I didn’t talk about the relationship I just smiled through the interaction and kept it short. Said “ I like the necklace” and handed her my half. I don’t know what else to do

I'm in the process of a (messy and bizarre) divorce and watched a LOT of your video's. You really know what you are talking about, there are so many things that you say that I recognise and are totally plausible. One of those is that people can become monsters during divorce. I can hardly recognise my wife anymore because of it. She has transformed from a sweet woman into a hag, has strategically prepared the divorce behind my back and even disappeared on my birthday under false pretenses. To this day she is ghosting me, and not having closure or some insight is maddening. Often I wonder how many people are watching at the same time, thinking the same thoughts, hoping to regain that lost love, or the love that is about to slip away.

Get a lawyer my friend. Expect her to be ruthless. Her lawyer will convince her to do so and that she is somehow a victim. Talk to a lawyer immediately so you don’t do some little thing that screws you over.

@@RealCoachLee Thanks for the reply and advice. At first I was reluctant to get a lawyer because I didn't want to fight her, didn't want any more conflict or opposition, but since she has her lawyer she has become more sneaky and devious. I'm glad I have one myself.

Been separated for about a month now. Wife said she wants a divorce. I told her i didn't want a divorce. I noticed that she has removed her wedding ring. Painful. I also noticed when I went by the house, while she was gone, that the pictures of us are all gone now. Sticking with limited contact. I have not been served papers as of now. Trying to figure it out and keep doing what I can for myself. Videos are encouraging but the roller coaster is difficult.

He will be coming back in a few weeks to collect his things. Finally a common sense practical video which doesn't call the other side a narcissist , set forth a number of steps which will guarantee to bring your spouse back, talks about creating vibrations, or other simplistic answers. And speaks about the need to protect yourself with a lawyer even though you don't want the divorce.

That would be great. 10 years married, together 24 & 4 children... I am really devastated & heartbroken. I'm trying to keep cool, but I can lie, the fear & panic of losing the love of my life & everything we've built together is extremely overwhelming. Some sage advice.....but 'ffs'...keep away from 'friends and family'!!! As useful as chocolate teapots. Do, however, find a neutral mentor. Someone that has past experience in the matter, that will be unbiased and impartial. Going through this process myself and thoughts with all those doing same. There is light at the end of the tunnel......

My husband left me on august 9. He started the paperwork for divorce. I was served on august 31. I just recently started no contact. He’s mean and rude and demanding. I went too far with talking, begging, etc etc. Is there any hope ?

Great advice, from personal advice to men, don't move out until you get a separation agreement worked out. Don't lose your cool and watch what you text and say to your wife as it can be used against you as coach Lee says. It might be difficult but once you move out you lose all negotiating room. My ex was having an affair and once I felt strength and started thinking logically to deal with the situation my ex actually reached out to me. I rebutted her advances because I didn't want to be with her anymore, she had destroyed the trust and there was nothing left in it for me. I know it is difficult and you feel like your world is coming to an end, there is life after divorce. By the way she is still with the guy 6 years later, so it was no simple fling.

My wife and I are separated. One minute she want space and I give it to her. Next she is calling me asking if I am busy. We have a disability daughter, and she says " hey can you come over and watch her while I go take care of some business. I be like sure, be there in a minute. When I get there she starts talking about the relationship. Then she wants to have sex. We have sex numerous of times. Finally when I go to work in the oil field she start acting funny, but when it is getting close for me to come home her attitude changes back to missing me again. Please tell me what's going on?

I was really deep in tears 3 weeks ago for 3 weeks prior to that cause my husband says we are gonna get a divorce, but listening to your videos helped calm me and gave me some type of direction...I wish before the "big arguement" I had a had seen your videos, I would have had more of a understanding of what to do at that time...I would still like your personal insight on what I should do in my situation but I hope you do make more marriage help videos...it helps.

Your videos have been keeping me sane. My husband moved out, we have been separated for almost two months. We have been married for 15 years, 3 kids, started with nothing but build a very successful life. So true The restraining order happened to me as a woman I had no idea about it my ex-husband was an attorney at law and he destroyed me on my divorce my life was like a scary movie still is I am still not recover from it he stole everything from me My lawyer was even his friend I could not find anybody that was not connected to him because my ex was an attorney he knew all the judges and all the attorneys and they don’t go against each other so basically I am a very strong woman still standing

I did the panic thing for 6 months! Until i just couldn't anymore. He has moved out and now that I'm not constantly trying he's texting me everyday. How are you? Do you need anything? Even though i found out he has a rebound... he's texting more now. We have 2 kids. But I truly hope this side chick doesn't last long and he realizes what he's lost. He's told me that maybe the distance will be good for us... but now I'm not so sure.

Hello Coach, my wife (married for 20yrs) left me and my 2 boys on Christmas Eve (2019). She’s been asking her friends what she should do (not her own family) and wanting to socialize everyday. My boys know what’s up, that’s why they stayed with me on their own accord. I know where my priority is. Anyways, I started your NC advice right after her 51st birthday (just 1 week ago) for strategic reasons and have NOT text/call/left her vm since. She text me a few days ago but didn’t respond back and she was complaining why I did respond. She’s been texting me like a freezer cold prior to implement NC. So she came by yesterday unannounced to visit our boys. I welcomed her politely, hugged her, I dressed up, looked good, smelt good and left (mystery as you said). I came back home, then she left without saying goodbye. Now, she just text me (just now) to “tell the boys that she love them and good night...” what the heck man???? I’m not reading into this, for I’m enjoying my NC experience. any thoughts?

If I have separated from my husband a year and a half ago (me on Mexico, him on Wisconsin) and all that time I've been begging and pleading to the point he blocked me on my different accounts of messenger, did I ruin my chances of getting back to him? I have eight kids and the youngest is 3. I got fixed 2 years ago and she was pissed. She doesn't want me touching her anymore. She doesn't want me in the same bed with her. She has 4 of the kids sleep in the bed with her. She says it's to help me sleep. I work three shifts. A divorce would separate my kids and since she hasn't had a job in 12 years it would cost me most of my income. At that point the kids loose.

The break up was ugly and I broke no contact a few times the first month but I told her “I love you and respect you and I’m letting you go like you’ve asked for” and it’s been a week no contact about the relationship. Me and my partner of 7 years broke up in december. We live together with our son. Two dogs and our own house. We sleep in different rooms. We are still best friends and she shows jealously sometimes but shuts down any conversation about working on us and is adamant we will only be friend's... we are going to live together until april and i cant see anything changing. Coach Lee, I am new to your videos after a friend recommended them for a complete different break up that ended 5 days ago. Watching your videos has me emotional and missing my spouse 😥 she got stationed overseas and hit me with the "I want a divorce." This was 2019 Is it too late to get her back? We're still technically married, and I don't think I'm really ready to let her go. I did everything wrong, the begging the crying, we typically have NC unless we need something. Is it too late? Is it worth it? I'm very confused, never thought I'd miss her enough to even consider wanting her back. Especially not after she's had other people. Anyone have similar experience with wanting a spouse back years later? Any advice?

Its funny when relationship coaches say don't panic. I don't know many people that watch these videos ahead of time to know don't panic.😳 That's funny to me. There needs to be a video on I'm sure you panicked, here are some things that can be done that could fix it. 😅 The only contact that I have done is when it comes to the divorce. I'm fighting the divorce, but he filed in Hawaii. Hawaii will grant it no matter what. He basically has to have the change of heart. The problem is that we've had too much space. We're military, so he's always gone. My lawyer SUCKS. I can only afford a lawyer through Legal Shield and he SUCKS. He said that since I'm against the divorce, he doesn't see me as priority. I don't even know what to do about that. The year is rapidly approaching. Everyday I have to breath it out.

@@po5541 its sooooo difficult bro. Imagine having the one you truly love right there but cant do anything to make things right. My heart hurts whenever i see her or speak to her. She continuosly reminds me that she will be leaving and things just cant be worked out....she definitely does not want to try or to even consider the idea of us being together. Nine and a half years and this is what we have come to.

Just after 3 months my husband left me, a few weeks ago he said he wants a divorce, 3 days ago he came round and it was nice although we spoke about divorce. We ended up in bed. Next day he call to say he's going ahead with it. he's alot younger than me and he says he needs new things. Please help

These videos help sooth my anxiety, but what do i do when my spouse of 19 years initiated a seperation, but is constantly reaching out seemingly like he doesn't want me, but also doesn't want to LOSE ALL of me, like he wants to be friends even though I told him I can't do friends. I know leaving me was very hard for him and he seems unsure of his decision which I understand. I realize my part in our relationship failure and want to work on my issues. He's giving me so many mixed signals. One day he's saying stuff that gives me every hope that we'll get back together and the next he says something that makes me feel like day 1 when we broke up. I can't take the constant mixed signals; they are making me crazy. I want to go no contact to give myself a chance to be ok, but I'm afraid of hurting him and pushing him away more. What do I do?

I have an interesting quistion I'm currently going through this hardship. We have been married 5 years gave 2 kids. Etc. She walked out said we are separated. I gave her some time/ space. But she wanted to move back home after a while I was happy to allow this as I didnt want the separation. However she stated we are still separated even she wants to sleep in the same bed cuddlebecome intimate. I am so confused by this any advice?

I have been married to the same woman for 35 years. I love my wife very much, but if she walked out I wouldn't take her back. I would probably eventually marry a younger woman. I think this is the reason my wife stays, she realizes I have options.

The one thing that complicates my situation is I still live in the same house and have my son as well so the no contact rule is kinda hard but doable at a personal level. My wife wants a divorce she says our relationship is over. I’m kinda glad because she was married to my inner child who had abandonment issues.for the last 4 yrs (other day it was 1.5 yrs) I’ve tried re talking again to her about it bad move. She’s firm in her decision she says. She is waiting 3 months out of respect since we have a family vacation. To her a massive permanent change and her changing her mind is what’ll it’ll take for her to come back. I start counseling tomorrow. I’m gonna work on me for me. If it gets to the point of the d work at the end at least I’ll be a better person

So my situation is I’m active duty military and wife has decided to divorce me in the middle of a move cycle that’s up against a time line. So for three weeks I did all the things you said not too. But now prior to this video I’m in no contact. I don’t call I don’t text. I’ll answer phone calls when needed. She is not a fan of it. But it is what it is. We’ve already filed the divorce and so far so good. But we will see what happens.

While I am reading this (3 days of no contact rule with my husband who wants a divorce . He came two times in the house.. one time when I am not here at day and second was 11pm when I am here already and while I am watching your videos the door ring and open and it’s him.. take long time he appeared on my front and asks “did you eat dinner? “Not yet I replied. You? He said yes. One thing I don’t sure here . If he starts to tell a story what he does for 4 days and who’s with him tell every detail about it and our story takes 3 hours, should I act casual or should I act nuetral,compassionate,? Oh dear, he cry 😢 at the start of him after I said to him this (this is your advice,coach lee you are really sent from heaven.. ) Because I remember what you advice when the time and almost x came by what usually they said is (hi? And they usually just getting hint because they also scared of rejection or their pride to open up first if they want to come back.
