If there is a word that I could use for almost everyone around me, it would be hyper-stimulated. When we excessively focus on absorbing how others live and their opinions, we risk losing touch with our unique identity and perspective. So much information about other people and their lives and ongoing propaganda is designed to keep us from thinking for ourselves. It keeps us from evaluating our own aspirations, leaving no space for our original thoughts to exist. Here are a few things that you can do if you find yourself struggling with your screen time?

I have a question. I use my phone as alarm and as I unlock my phone I see notifications and I can't help. What should I do?

Good thing is that you already know the problem here. You can go with either of the 2 approaches: 1) Buy an alarm clock so you don't have to use the phone. 2) There are features like Do Not Disturb on phones in which you will not receive the notification but your alarms will still work. You can set Do Not Disturb before you sleep and switch it off after 20-30 minutes of waking up. Hope it helps 😊
