General talk and chatting about the obvious van be less and maybe discuss more on the how to perspecyive. Someone like Robin Sharma is a good example. Getting to the point that will make it better without waffling on. Loose focus and the impact of the message

very interesting talk! thank you., I wonder what this means for those with adhd, as procrastination is very common.. but not always something that so easily can be changed. I wonder if the shame from procrastination is the damaging emotion rather than the procrastination itself..

Hey Sarah these are such interesting thoughts. I especially like the link you made between the shame that is common in ADHD and the shame that is causal in procrastination. Would love to hear your thoughts on future videos. You sound knowledgeable.
