However, the Buddhist monk has his unique way to stop worrying as compared to ordinary people who habitually worry everyday. So one man's meat is another man's poison. Above all, a self-disciplined monk can always live a simple, stress-free life but not the common folks who are unaware of their spartan way of life. Despite these habitual differences, we still can learn a lot from the monk who carries his luggage on his head once we understand his rationale for doing it.
